We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Great facilities. Heritage hotel that is well maintained (don’t expect it to be like a brand new hotel). Incredible views and excellent well-priced food. Easy walk to Puerto Panuelo. And the three most important things (for me) in a hotel room- Very comfortable bed, dark, and quiet.

ItalyThe hotel remains quite old from the inside, with most of the facilities showing their age, as it is common also in other properties like the Llao Llao hotel. it would be nice to have some maintenance of gym and pool, but overall everything works fine enough.
The hotel is a very good option if you are going to stay in the nature of Llao Llao, next to Bariloche. It is located next to a port from which you can access the lake, there is a bus stop very close by and it is furnished of several commodities (gym, pool, bar, sauna).

ArgentinaIt is old, as in not restored old. the room was small and bare, the bathroom desperatly needed updating, the bathroom door had a cutout so it could close past the bidet, The roof of the Tunnel to the indoor pool and gym was leaking badly, etc.
Absolutly loved the area, very good veiw by the lake, nice dining hall and lounge also good library. You can imagine it being an impresive home in its day. Also they offered to keep our bags safe for the day after checkout so we didnt have to worry about robberies in Bariloche.

The location is beautiful. 50 years ago, this must have been one of the nicest hotels in Argentina.

United KingdomUnfortunately the hotel has been poorly maintained the past few years which was not helped by the impact of the pandemic, rooms were austere with no fridge or coffee making facilities, the bathroom was in desperate need of renovation, the swimming pool required attention and the sauna was only working one day and also needed renovation. We expressed our disappointment to the hotel who offered a discount in mitigation. Shame really, the hotel (built in 1938 I think) has such great potential but without investment its decline from greatness will continue.
The Hotel is in a great location.
