We paid usd 200 / night, yet they made a point to let you know there was a $6 daily charge for (very lousy) towels , spa was not included and only street parking.

It’s is a decent hotel, best option if you need to stay in the nordelta area.

The pool and pool area needs a cleanup urgently and replacements of old/bad condition sun beds, they are dirty, bad quality and old. Bath in the bedrooms also in bad condition (although shower very good and spacious)

The hotel was once very nice with really nice finishes but worn now. Baseboards, walls and doors are scratched with holes, carpets in hallways are stained and have loose seems. Lots of lightbulbs out in our hallway making it hard to get key card in. Bathroom floors and counters are stone/ tile are still in good condition and nice colour but could use new caulking. At one time, it would have been luxurious finishes and all very beautiful but maintenance has not been kept up.

It’s in a nice, upscale marina, condo, restuarant complex. With a nice marina side boardwalk for walking. About 20 minutes by taxi to Tigre. Nice pool area with bar and lifeguard and restaurant overlooking the marina. Breakfast was varied and extensive. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. room was large and bed very comfortable.

No complimentary water in the room. The room smelled like sweat every time we walked in, in a few minutes we'd get used to it. Of course we couldn't open the windows so this happened every time we went in. Not environmentally friendly: the ice machine was working non-stop empty! We notified reception twice but they didn't fill it with water nor turn it off. The sauna was dirty. Depending on who answered in reception they were either great, or didn't care at all. The jacuzzi in every room "worked as a tub" according to the girl in reception, meaning, no jacuzzi worked as such. The restaurant was very expensive.

The pool is very nice. There is a bar and you can get service in the pool area for an acceptable price. The breakfast is super complete. The location is great for couples, the area is filled with restaurants. The view to the bay was a plus. There is room to park in the street.

We spend with my family a lot of time in the pool area. I would like recommend to change the pool and restaurant furnitures. It’s a very good place but it doesn’t have maintenance. The breakfast is very good but they don’t have bowls for the cereals. The coffee is not good. I recommend a Coffee Machine!!!

There isn’t on site parking, instead is not like curb side parking at the entrance, there wasn’t any space most of the time. The property is nice and clean but it needs maintenance.

It is still a great location, it is time for a general facelift and remodeling. But the Staff and management make up for any shortcomings do to age of the building and I would definitely stay again. I stayed from Feb 3 until March 10th 2023.

The Staff is excellent and a pleasure to deal with…the manager (She) of Sipan restaurant on site is Wonderful and the Hamburger is to die for!
