We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

AustraliaHad some issues with check in being shown to wrong room, reception having to call managers to fix the issue which took some time. Once sorted everything was great and the staff were helpful organising taxis, printing documents and changing money.
Very comfortable stay in level 8 executive room shared with 2 adults. Clean, nice view, comfortable bed and chairs/couches and windows that opened. Enjoyed the rooftop pool with fabulous views.

United StatesNo greeter in the dining area on the first floor. Multiple attempts at dining or getting info on dining and there isn't anyone to greet you when you exit the elevator. Kind of a figure it out on your own which left us a little confused as we didn't want to just assume.
Staff was great and friendly and they have multiple people that communicate in english. Room was clean with a great view on the corner. Bar/Lounge area left something to be desired as it was very compact and really didn't have seating to belly up as it's located in a main narrow corridor. Overall great value, located in a safe and clean area of town. I would definetly stay again.

ArgentinaY111 feels like home...every member of the staff makes you feel welcome, comfortable, safe. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast is exceptional: there's something for all tastes. I've been lucky enough to taste some dishes from the kitchen through room service and the quality of the cooking, the taste of it and quantity of the food itself, exceeded my expectations. When I visit Córdoba, Y111 is my place!

Malaysiathe room (502)was warm when I checked-in during the afternoon, understandable since it is west facing. However, with the air-conditioning powered up after more than two hours and the night curtains drawn to keep out the setting sunlight, it was still warm. Perhaps this room’s individual air-conditioning unit needs servicing or a pump of gas🙂. coming into the city centre from a long drive, without a car parking facility or a short stop area was a challenge with check-in.
the central location in downtown Cordoba is a first for me. My previous stay was at Sheraton, which is my preferred choice because I usually avoid the main city centres on my holidays. I had an opportunity to see the city lights in the evening, which was great!
