Probably could have indicated that closed pool prior to booking. I personally didn’t mind. But for transparency towards other guests that want the pool, it would make sense.

Overall everything was fine. Nothing exceptional. But no disappointments either. Staff was very helpful. The pool was closed due to construction. They warranted a discount for that right at the check in. Fair for me. And I didn’t care about the pool.

We booked the hotel, after that (1 month later) we got a message that the pool will be closed until our first day of the stay. Half a month later, they inform us that the pool is closed one more day and we could get a discount of 20%. When we arrived, the pool was closed for our whole stay (3 more days). We asked for more than 20% discount, but they only offered to cancel....., inadequate and not sufficient information

It was a very last minute booking and I got a great deal, a two level apartment: two double beds, and two single beds for two persons. Very clean, comfortable and at convenient distance from Puerto de Escazú..

Longest check in process we've experienced in years. They insist on photocopying your credit card and keeping the copy as insurance. Location is a bit out of town but only a short walk.

Clean rooms with good beds, clean towels and a good shower. Pool was great. No noise at night. Bus to Iguazu Falls stops just on the corner.

1) Breakfast is very basic. Nothing to eat really except the sweets 2) Mattress is very soft and pressed at the edges 3) Low attention to the client’s needs 4) No soap in the public toilet in the hotel, even then I asked two times within two days (answer was - mañana) 5) There are only 2 sockets in the room for three/four people 6) No hooks to hang four towels on. Only one was in the room for four people

Bathroom's air extractor was noisy

The breakfast was good, the bathroom was big and comfortable and I liked the location (not too far from city's downtown and the triple frontier)

The staff doesn’t speak English and we had difficulty in communication. Their credit card machine didn’t work and I had difficulty to pay for the room. I could barely find cash to pay. The receptionist increased the payment more than indicated in my booking.com reservation. The receptionist aggressively knocked the door and told us to leave the room even though there was 5 min for the checkout time and we were about to leave the room. Will I book the hotel again? No.

It was clean. The breakfast is ok. The location is good if you want to visit Iguazu falls. The receptionist helped with taxi hiring.

There is no elevator and there was a dog on a nearby property that barked all night and made it hard to sleep. The staff said they were aware of the problem but couldn’t do anything.

We are a family of four and the hotel provided connecting rooms. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Location is a walkable distance from the tres fronteras and a bit further from the city center. Breakfast was very good.

We have problems with the shower in our room but the staff did everything that they could to help us

The room size was perfect for us, the staff was very helpful with everything and the location was a short walk to the center or the Hito tres fronteras (long blocks tho)
