The location of this property is absolutely perfect! It’s right next to central station and has a metro shop right next door. The room itself is small, but looks just like the photos! The shower and aircon worked great, and having Netflix on the tv was an added bonus!

Not being able to check-in before 4PM is not competitive. The flexible shower head was not secured properly, and was located too high. The bathroom is modern but not supplying a facewasher and bath mat was limiting. Being limited to communicate indirectly through Booking.com as a "middle man" was frustrating. Size of the accommodation was an issue. Ensuite far too small.

Location was great, being adjacent to Central station and having the Light Rail just across the road. Being able to lock up my suitcase inside the building several hours before check-in time and also after checking out was great. The contact person was quite responsive through email messaging to queries I raised.

Super small room. I guess it is written in the description, so better be aware!:)) One tiny window so you don't really get a lot of fresh air. There is no cleaning in the room during your stay. Plus if there is someone cooking in the kitchen, everything smell.

Great location, close to the trams, trains, or you can also walk to the city. Surry Hills area is super nice. There is supermarket right next to thecorner. There is also washing maschine which is great if yoi travel for longer.

The close proximity to transport hub means you're going to hear quite a bit of trains coming in and out. This may affect you if you are a light sleeper as it may cause you to wake up earlier than you like. Space is also very tight in the room, there's no space to walk around. You'll find yourself either on the bed, sitting at the narrow desk, or in the bathroom. Some fittings have also seen significant wear and tear and will need some fixing soon.

The biggest selling point is its excellent location, with the L1, L2 and L3 light train stop just opposite, and the central Train station just another minute walk away. If you're not going to take Uber, this hub will let you travel to most parts of the city with minimum hassle. The bathroom for my room looks like it had been renovated more recently than the rest of the room.

It wasn’t as clean as I’d like. Someone else’s hair was in the bed, there was toothpaste spit up the bathroom mirror , and a bandaid in the shower. There’s some very strict rules about no conversations after 10pm! The TV was precariously screwed into the wall with wood screws and even as a heavy sleeper the noise of trains and traffic woke us every morning.

The location is great for trains, tourist busses and places to eat. Private bathroom and security was good. The accommodation looks recent / up to date.

The facility was too small for what we paid, the pictures we do when booking in did not match what we received. The bed was in poor condition and we were not happy.

Very dirty, seems a mystery what cleaning fee is for, mattress stained. Misleading description, no private kitchenette as stated, only shared kitchen. Very steep, narrow and dark stairwell, photos in listing so staged it seems like a completely different place. Not nearly enough plates and cutlery, had to buy our own .

The bed was incredibly saggy, there was hair in numerous places, the drawers to put clothes in weren't cleaned properly, the property people were almost impossible to get hold of for the entirety of my stay. It was ridiculous! Also, the heater/airconditioner has a very bright light on it to tell you what temperature it's set at, so you have to freeze through the night and have it on or try to block the light to get any sleep.
