No iron in the room. Beds could do with an upgrade. Outdoor furniture old and almost feels like it is about to break.

I do feel like the room could do with an update. The bathroom needed resealing, the foot pedestal bins were rusted, we couldn't find a tissue box so we used the spare toilet roll, the mattress wasn't bad but I come from a mattress sales background so it could've been better as it was very bouncy to roll over. But seriously only little nit picky things. Otherwise it was well worth the stay.

Nice spacious apartment, no contact check in and out, floor to ceiling windows with good curtains, reverse cycle aircon, massive bed (bigger than king) clean white linen spa bath. Check in just involved a text message from the agent with the code and how to check in and out, very easy.

It would be helpful to have more cutlery and plates, and maybe a small milk in the fridge for tea and coffee. The contact was quite rude and only gave us information regarding check in after I called and messaged. These details are nowhere on the booking correspondence. More towels, toiletries and toilet paper should be provided.

The king size bed and spa bath were great.

The Cons - the NOISE. OMG. It was SO LOUD - hearing right through walls to what other guests were up to, jumping every time the gates opened or banged closed. The blinds had dead flies/dirt on them which weren't nice when we rolled them down at night for privacy and the bathroom looked really old and outdated. A bit dingy and dark in the bathroom with pull-across bifold-type windows that were really old and battered and hard to use. There's no kitchen sink so when you use dishes, you have to buy your own dishwashing liquid/sponge and wash everything in the bathroom sink - it felt so weird and off-putting.

The Pros - we LOVED the location. Right across the road from IGA and on the main street in Margaret River which was AWESOME because it meant all the cafes and places to eat were only a few minute's walk away. This was so handy and we were able to sample so many different types of food and access all the cool things in the town centre really easily. The room was decorated tastefully and used space really well. The bed mattress was comfy and pillows were really soft and nice.

It's a large apartment with big glass windows that look out onto a rather dull and dusty closed in walkway space, it would have been more inviting to have had more potted plants or hanging flower baskets, which would make the ambience of the apartments that little bit more inviting.

Overall for a one night stay it was good, it is central, being in the main street with the Hotel across the road, very clean & comfortable. Big glass windows gave it light and airy feel.

Street noise, particularly at 6:30am every day with the street cleaners and their petrol blower! Not good. Suggest if the property doesn’t invest in double glazing that you bring earplugs Room could do with a refresh and some new furniture.

It would have been nice to have been welcomed in person. Had there been any questions about how to operate the spa or television remote, there was no-one on site to answer and no instruction sheet that we could find, provided in the apartments. It also would have been good to know where to go to eat as almost everywhere was closed. We had booked at Settlers Tavern due to its proximity for dinner so that wasn't a problem for us but from a tourist from outside WA point of view or someone visiting Margaret River for the first time, it would have been frustrating. Suggest an up to date compendium be on the coffee table providing details of Winter trading hours with the providers' contact details listed. This is particularly relevant to hospitality venues, cafes and restaurants.

The instructions of how to enter the premises sent to the phone were detailed and accurate. The location was central and secure and it was a bonus to have off street parking available. We also liked the fact it was so central to everything.

I wasn't a fan of the windows facing the outside hallway which meant I had to keep my blinds closed the entire time to have some privacy.

Tile floors and tables were sticky (might’ve been the cleaning stuff). The tin roof also made the rain quite loud during the night whilst we tried to sleep.

Easy access from getting the keys to opening the door. Felt very safe and secure with the area. Aircon was a great bonus comfort. Spa bath and was great location, central to the whole main strip.

Great location if a little noisy in the mornings, to be expected given the high street location. Clean and tidy with everything we needed for a 2 night stay! Hope to stay again
