You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

AustraliaNothing as far as the flat goes, but the spa (as part of the complex) was out of order for the week we were there.
The flat was cosy, very comfortable, clean and well presented with a lovely view from the balcony looking back towards Adelaide. Perfect for a couple. The location was excellent 👌 within walking distance to shops, restaurants, buses and trams, and the beach. We also had access to the complex heated pool. We loved our stay.

The location was excellent as can walk to Marina or the lively Jetty Road. The host Ingrid was exceptionally helpful on arrival, so off to a great start. Apartment was very well equipped with great appliances. Very secure and comfortable with plenty of space to entertain friends and family.

AustraliaGreat location. Apartment is really well furnished and maintained. Bed and sofa are both very comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. Great communication from the owners, easy check in and they respond quickly to messages. Would definitely stay there again if we return to SA. We had a bit of a wait between check out and our flight and Ingrid helpfully suggested we see if we could leave our cases at the Oaks reception which worked out fine for us. Would highly recommend this apartment.

United KingdomI honestly don’t think this holiday could have been any better. Everything was perfect and we loved the pool, spa and sauna as well as the close proximity of the beautiful Holdfast bay beach.
The location was perfect! Close to the beach and also Glenelg town. We were self catering and the kitchen was well equipped to handle this. There is also a well stocked supermarket close to the property. Ingrid was very helpful whenever we had any problems and if we ever rturn to Australia we will absolutely be booking to stay there again.

Location was excellent and the apartment was very comfortable. The only thing we were disappointed with and puzzled by was that the sheets were warm winter ones when the temperatures were in mid to late thirties?? The sheets were also a bit rough and scratchy. However, the bed was very comfortable.

To begin with, it was very easy to collect the keys and enter the apartment. The host provided very clear instructions that were easy to follow. The host was available at all times and responded within a print manner for any questions we had. The apartment was one of the most equipped places I have ever stayed in. There was nothing missing that we needed during our stay. The partner was equipped with a lot of kitchen facilitators that made cooking easier, cleaning products and facilities. Every thing was well thought of even including a drying rack for our clothes, iron and ironing board and a safe. This apartment was also very spotless and clean and had beautiful furniture ( the couch was sooo comfy). This was a fabulous place to stay and I had no issues and felt very safe and comfortable. I definitely recommend this apartment for a long stay as well as a short stay.

AustraliaThe key pick up and carpark was annoying. The carpark is tight and the car next to us didn't park particularly well. If you are not a good driver in a tight carpark.... this would kill your enjoyment of a weekend in Glenelg. Trying to find the code on a letterbox that is not eye height is also annoying. For anyone older than 40 without amazing eye sight and good knees to sit on the floor to navigate through the process would be better off paying 10 dollars extra to stay across the road at the Oaks. We usually stay there and on this occasion, i thought we should try a different option. Not keen to go back.

AustraliaThe cleanliness' of the apartment was not up to the standard expected of a property at this price point. The Host was very responsive and explained she had new cleaners looking after it. I hope moving forward that this issue is addressed. I had to clean the apartment before we could settle in.
The apartment is well located in the Glenelg area and accessible to everything. The apartment has all the amenities that you need and is suitable for 2 people.
