Bedroom was too small....hardly any access room around bed. Carpets were dirty (drink and food stained) Stair access only, all 32 of them to get to first floor apartment. Parking was a little cramped in the available space.

Small car park spots, I got there late and there was only one spot left and it was right up against a wall and the car (staff car) next to me had parked over the line so it was extremely hard to get into the spot. I had to reverse in and park right up against the wall and on an angle so I could even get out of the car. No gate to car park (that’s just for show in pics).

The pot and pan are in poor condition. It is full of scratches and not clean. The fridge smells, the oven is dirty and run down. The washing machine and dryer is lousy. In summary the appliances are below expectation.

The allocated unit was clean but had a very strong odour of Curry BUT the manager was very obliging straight away when contacted and moved us to another unit.

Location was perfect for early morning airport run. Really good wee pub Prince of Wales for meals and drinks within walking distance.

A desk or cupboard near the front door would be useful , as well as a rack for luggage.

Perfect location near Battery point cafes, the waterfront and the city, all walkable. The room was comfortable though basically furnished. Kitchen was very well equipped.

The queen bed only just fits in the room, having to negotiate between the end of the bed & the wall was difficult & annoying. The crockery was stored next to the stove top & you had to be a contortionist to get the plates out- the dinner plates didn’t fit in the dish washer.

Suggest empting the rubbish should be responsibility of the property manager as part of preparing the apartment for the next guest. Narrow parking space.

Good size one bedroom apartment, with washing machine and dishwasher. Washing machine powder and dishwasher washer tablets were also provided, which was great.

The location of the apartment was brilliant - we parked the car and walked everywhere. It was quiet, clean and well equipped. The bedroom was rather small but was no hindrance to sleep.

A comfortable apartment with lovely views. Very nice kitchen and bathroom with speedy WiFi. Terrific location for access to the harbor area (especially for walkers); sightseeing, shopping, restaurants and boat tours.

Was in one of the top apartments so had to haul bags up the outside stairs.

We were located on the second floor so had to get heavy suitcases up the stairs. I know this is something that can't be changed, but if this could be difficult for people it would be worth checking if you will be in a ground floor apartment rather than upstairs.

Great location; walking distance to Salamanca Market, the wharf area and MONA ferry, and restaurants. Really clean apartment. Beds were very comfortable with nice linen. Apartment is in a quiet side street so no noise disturbance at night. Would definitely stay again.

If you're a light sleeper like me this might not be the best choice. Walls are not well insulated and could hear a lot of noise from the other units... including snoring from the unit next door. The head of the bed was also right next to the landing of the apartment next door so you could definitely hear them come/go & the porch light shined directly into the bedroom since the blinds didn't full cover the window.

Great location with easy walk to Salamanca. Clean & provides basic necessities (coffee, laundry detergent, etc.) to get you started. Easy check-in & out. On-site parking.
