Gardening maintenance was really noisy for 2 days of the 7 day stay. Second bathroom needs a little bit of a reno.

The location is great. Just a short walk to all you need but not in a busy part of town. Full kitchen, living space & pool area are great, as is the reception staff. The price for the accommodation is reasonable.

Spacious, clean, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies, fully equipped kitchen, laundry and bathroom. Very efficient and clear after hours instructions when we checked in late.

As we are used to a king size bed we found the queen a little small and hard but not really a complaint as this is not uncommon.

The room was very spacious and clean. What made this place was the delightful staff. Lily the manager was very helpful and knowledgeable when we asked about travel around the area, recommending spots to stop at and places to eat. She certainly wanted us to enjoy our time there. Sarah the receptionist was also very welcoming and helpful booking us dinner out and recommending places to go locally. Both the ladies certainly made sure your stay in Cairns was a good one.

Helicopter & planes were noisy but probably the same for most in that location. Aircon & ventilation noise was intrusive but needed for the climate?

The male member at the reception was rude and was a poor reflection as we checked in. Thankfully Lily and Sara were wonderful that we forgot the rude reception and thankfully he was not working that whole week.

It is perhaps a little far north for party animals who want the CBD vibe, but that was fine by us! It is a bit of a trek to Coles or Woolies, though.

The instructions emailed to us were clear and we were easily able to retrieve the keys from the lock box. The apartment was more spacious than we expected. We were able to put our hired car in the underground car park. Dishwasher very quiet and unobtrusive. WiFi easy, fast, free.

The continual exhaust fan noise 24/7 from the ensuite bathroom, only 3 breakfast bowls and an uncomfortable lounge to watch a movie with a family of four. Needed some soft ottoman to put your feet up on. One cupboard near the lounge had not been looked in by the cleaner as it had a couple of wooden chopsticks and a coconut in it and was dusty.

Spacious and overlooking the esplanade. Great value for money and good to have a separate room for the kids and 2 bathrooms. Nice to have a view of the water and the downsides were minor. The sauna and spa were a bonus.

Was a little noisy on the balcony.but soundproof inside.A big walk for two in our seventies into the main parts of town. A twenty minute for one. Fifty for the other A second telly in the bedroom would have been nice. Few things needed a bit of a fix-up

Lovely big appartment. Clean and comfortable and had everything you needed Had room 13 on the third floor. Spacious balconies overlooking water and park. Pool was spotless and most of the time we had it too ourselves

The bedding could have been more comfortable, pillows and quilts. One of the toilets didn’t flush well. The aircon didn’t seem to work in the bedrooms.

Could have been cleaner and there was a tripped fuse and water leaking from an upstairs apartment. All issues were seen to quickly.

Most of the staff were particularly friendly. Positioned right on the water.

Brad on reception not friendly or welcoming then tried to overcharge us. Bathroom in apartment floods when water is turned on. Tiles need repair.

Great views. Pool and heated spa are good.

the unit needs a drying rack as we had to hang wet clothes in the wardrobe to dry - not all items could go in the dryer not enough towel racks in the bath room to dry the towels
