I booked for 5 people but the linen for the fifth person was missing, so I had to contact them to bring it. The fifth person was a kid so they slept on couch but there was no instructions on how to unfold the couch. The step to enter bathroom and ensuite were not clearly indicated and a trip hasard. The garage was difficult, and way too tight for my 7 seater but we found free park in the street after 5.30pm so it was not an issue. Recommendations where to eat and go out would be a nice extra touch! We had an issue with the front door, we deadlocked it but every time we closed the door, the deadlocked would open. So we had to sleep with the door unlocked.

It was a great location to go out for breakfast, lunch or dinner! It was confortable for 3 adults and 2 kids with plenty of of room. The appartment was nice and clean with extra such as coffee and tea plus video games for kids.

Parking is a bit difficult as you have to collect the keys before entering through Wilson Parking. Have to get used to the tight corners going to your parking lot.

The location was excellent. Near local restaurants. All within walking distance.

Great location. Braddon is a good area and very close to the city but has great bars and eateries of its own.

Not much light, no towel rails or shelf in shower to put shampoo etc. External hallways have no airflow, either fresh air or aircon, so we’re super hot and stuffy.

I booked and paid for 5 people and there were only 4 towels and wasn’t mentioned in description to bring towels . And no towels for the pool or gym. And no linen for the sofa bed.

We had issues accessing the -3 level car park which was included free of charge. If you intend to spilt up and do different activities both in and out of the complex, see if you can get an additional key. It’s a real key, with a garage remote. Every door and lift in the complex needs to be accessed by the remote key! We got stuck in the basement as the babysitter had our key!!

The space! Lots of room for 2 adults and 2 kids in the apartment. The kids loved the pool. It’s a heated indoor lap pool, so plenty of space to get some training in.

New unit block next door looks directly into one side of this apartment. No view from either side and not much natural light. No exhaust fan in bathrooms. A bit tricky getting keys and only one set of keys.

We did find the Car park confusing scattered numbering allocation made it difficult to find, despite instructions.

Location was great, lots of places nearby for a good feed. Indoor pool was fantastic.

The coffee machine and dishwasher didn't work. Stains on the carpets. The dangerous steps into the bathrooms.

The location was fab. Really well equipped kitchen, super showers.

It was very dark, the ensuite had nowhere to hang your towels and there was a damp smell but very clean, should have an exhaust fan. A frying pan would have been good in the kitchen.

Location was great. Beds Comfortable but a little low for older people. Well stocked with garbage bags, laundry detergent, etc.

The long walk to the apartment The lock box to get the key, was hard to access with a disability. And hard to see the numbers cause so low and small

Rooms were lovely and had everything needed in the room for our visit. Great shower . And the staff downstairs at the restaurant were absolutely lovely . Great view of the pool from the balcony. Very quiet and peaceful.

We (my daughter and I) only received one key with a swipe device and that made it difficult to do separate things as one could not access the apartment if the other had the key.

Floor needs vacuuming. Was a bit dirty (tinsel and fluff), otherwise great.

Nice size 2 bedrooms. In the midnight hotel, so great location. Car parking is great (we have a large chev).

I would have given it 5 stars, the only issue was the place had a very strong smell of cigarette smoking which did not leave no matter how many times we sprayed Glen 20, or opened the windows. The exhaust in the toilets did not work either. This place said "no smoking " in its conditions, but it was anything but
