Parking is a little tricky to get into. The stairs are a little steep, but this is a heritage property.

Staircase was very steep with small steps. It made access to bedrooms difficult & some of my family were not comfortable using them safely, especially descending.

It was close to the main attractions, shopping centres and restaurants so was quite convenient.

I would highly recommend this accommodation. We arrived very late on the night of our check-in, and check-in was a breeze (they send instructions to find your room key in an easy to find locked safe). We quickly found our room and passed out (the bed was very comfortable!). The staff I spoke to were lovely and extremely helpful. We were offered a later check-out which was a huge help as we were attending a wedding late in the afternoon.

It's very quiet, you can't hear any traffic noise. The central is just a few minutes' walk away. Likewise are metro and bus stations. Everything is very clean and well maintained. Again any time.

I had originally booked the wrong weekend by accident, so I asked the host if they could consider a partial refund. They said no which was within their policy, so I was happy with that. I decided to use the booking anyway. Check in time was 3pm, but the property had not been cleaned. The cleaners then arrived at 4pm. In general the property is not very well taken care of and I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The roof leaked in the walkway to the bathroom. The bathmat was soaked with another leak when we arrived and there was no spare towels to clean it up. The courtyard had an almost constant sewage smell, and we got locked out on the last day because the key safe stopped working (even with the right code), they did arrive to fix it within 30 minutes.

The house was spacious, scrupulously clean, and well-equipped, and the grounds are beautiful and quiet. We also had good access to WiFi. An excellent place to stay.

Friendly staff. Typical house which could do with a touch up. Very comfortable bed and ok 2 person sofa. WiFi available. Not overly priced so I got basically what I paid for...a good nights sleep.

Noise from traffic and tree branches falling and neighbours. The terrace should be condemned by local authorities. Unsafe stairs, leaking roof and horrid bathroom. Beds uncomfortable and hot during summer. Scam accommodation to be honest, not recommended for anyone paying market rates. It’s like camping

The house ad was a bit deceiving. It is not friendly for small children or anyone with mobility issues. 2 of us (age 60) had to sleep downstairs on the couch as we could not get up the stairs as they are too steep. The side open to the room had no railing so the 2 children (1 and 2) staying with us were at risk. The stairs themselves leading to the second level were narrow, your foot didn’t actually fit depth wise on the stair. The entrance into the house was uneven and dangerous and the backyard was unusable it was so overgrown. We booked saying we had 6 people coming (4 adults 2 children) but only had 5 towels provided.
