You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThe villa we were in probably needs a mini refurb ie bathroom sliding doors were jamming and very hard to open doors without waking your partner early hours in the morning. There were extra chairs by the dining table which made the place look cluttered but admit probably more about my preference to clutter than anything. Note the new restaurant on site isn't that great and a bit overpriced in my opinion.
I visit the Hunter to play golf a lot so very familiar with Cypress. It's exactly as it has always been for over 10 years. Breakfast is always great and the golf course is amazing.

AustraliaThe sofa bed that was pulled out on Thursday was broken, leaving one of the couples to sleep on it for two nights. It was completely uneven, feeling like sleeping on a hill. This was quite frustrating, especially considering we had paid for three beds, and the sheets provided didn't fit the sofa bed.

New ZealandThe only (small) negative was the slightly tricky access to the villa from the car-park, up and around a long path or up some steps, but this detracted very little from a wonderful stay.
Amazing location, on the side of a hill in a picturesque resort in the Hunter Valley, with a wonderful view over nearly hills, and close to many excellent vineyards and "foodie" places. Also the villa itself was very well-equipped, clean and comfortable, with a bathroom and TV for each of the two bedrooms, excellent wifi, and free parking nearby. Also the owners were a pleasure to deal with. And as a bonus, the report's "Oak and Vines" restaurant was outstanding.

AustraliaThe only thing commented on by family was that there were a couple of broken seats on the balcony, (which is why facilities and comfort is marked lower), this needs replacing as was not good because they couldn't be sat on.
We liked the space, the setting, the views, the comfortable beds. It was great for walks around the resort and the surrounding areas. The villa suited our family get together and the location was good.

AustraliaIt was to hilly and to many stairs. It wasn’t explained in the Booking.com that it had a lot of stairs and hills. Especially now days with Covid. People can’t walk and have trouble breathing. I was very lucky this time that I didn’t need an ambulance to come. Put there should be some through about the elderly people that come to stay. There also should have a lift for the people that have disabilities. There was NOT any through for those people.

Australia.This is very minor but the toilet roll holder in ensuite is not placed very well (just to the side and below the hand basin) It would get wet when teeth were being brushed or hands being washed. Also a small welcoming basket would have been very appreciated, I know not all hosts do this but it is a lovely gesture

AustraliaThe Villa was spotlessly clean so no complaints there. However there, somehow, must have been a mistake made by the cleaning staff who failed to provide us with towels for the bathroom and not a drop of milk to be found for our coffee or tea. We have never experienced this before and have been on a multitude of holidays.
A beautiful, clean unit with wonderful views. Most comfort items were on offer but not all.
