Nothing in particular. The remote for the TV needed to have the batteries changed but that's about it.

It pretty much looks like the pictures. The place is clean and each of the rooms is let out to other people. Parking near the building is limited to 1 hour. The nearest street that I could find was Holt street, but make sure you check which side of the street you park on. One side has no time limit and the other has limited parking time. It's about a 15 walk from the place. The room that I stayed in had a folding door, but all other rooms had standard doors. Although all rooms were occupied it was a quiet place. I was lucky in that two of the other people staying there were also solo and we got on well and went out for a meal. All appliances were operating except the dryer, but there were a few clothes racks outside on the balcony so that wasn't an issue. Coles supermarket is literally across the road which is great if you need groceries.

The neighbours can be loud and you can hear them through the walls and my room only had a fan to cool down the room so if you're coming to Sydney during the summer period, it can be hard to sleep without wearing earplugs.

I traveled to Sydney to watch Blink-182 live and I found this apartment for a relatively cheap price in comparison to other hotels and knowing Taylor Swift was in town as well, most accommodation prices had sky rocketed. The apartment was modern and spacious enough with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a shared kitchen/living area and a balcony. The apartment is close to a Coles and other nearby restaurants so plenty to choose from. Easy to access to public transport with Parramatta Station being a 10-15min walk away.

Nothing specific that i did not like. First interaction, she got my msg wrong, but things got sorted out immediately and Tnx to Sasha for relating to it.

All good for a one night stay. Location great. Sasha was receptive, friendly and guided things clearly. I got delayed but she waited and make sure things are ok.. Its a shared apartment but still have your privacy and access to the property was easy without troubling anyone. Safe place and room had things in place. Parking in front of apartment is plenty in the night and free. Will stay again.

Sasha (the host) is very kind, nice, generous, and helpful. The apartment is well equipped with all sorts of tableware, kitchenware, microwave, oven, stove, refrigrator, air conditioner, etc. The apartment is kept in a very clean and tidy condition. It is very close to public transportation and supermarket (coles). I definitely enjoyed my stay in her apartment.

What's not to like? Pub across the road that opens till 6am, Apartment is nestled in a very quiet location, Amenities of a 3-4 minute walk to Coles Supermarket and then Liquorland across the way! LITERALLY , Maccas also down the road.. All Very Convenient! You really can't go wrong!

I wish I had an ensuite bathroom, but that is pretty much it.

The host was nice, left detailed instructions for do's and don'ts. Room was clean and tidy, and so were the common areas. It was a pleasant stay. I will stay here again if possible.

The place was very clean and super close to public transportation, both bus and trains.This host was superb. She welcomed me into this lovely place and explained everything I needed to know. She was extremely responsive to any request or questions before and during my stay. All facilities were available for use and the place had everything one needs for your visit. I would definitely stay here again if I'm ever back in Sydney.

Felt like the ad listing was a bit misleading about the “share” nature. Thought it could be more explicit that the owners would also be present at the time of your stay.

Sasha was a wonderful host and went out of her way to help me (including personally walking me to the local post box when I asked where one might be). Sometimes I am wary about staying at a share-style BNB but this one was just amazing. The bed was super comfortable and all the little details were thought of and lovingly prepared.
