A/c fan was blowing full blast over my head in bed. Couldn’t adjust. No milk or sugar for tea/coffee. Bed was rolling around on wheels.

TV reception good. Clean bathroom. Good towels. Comfortable bed. Bedside reading light. Lots of room for luggage. Free banana bread and coffee and tea. Good glasses for drink Olin room. Good microwave for heating up take away meal. Close to central station.

The room we were put in initially with the aircon blasting cold air. It would still be nice to have a couple of coffee and tea sachets in the room since there is a jug/cups etc if you don't feel like going down to the foyer.

All the staff were so accommodating and friendly. We were staying with our 4 month old and were initially put in a room with broken aircon (blasting cold air into the room even though thermostat was set to 30). After explaining that this was too cold for our baby they were able to find us another room. The new room was slightly bigger which was super helpful as they provided us a cot for bub and we also had suitcases with us so made it easier to move around the room. Drink facilities in the foyer with complimentary breakfast "on the go" (muffins etc) - this was really nice to grab a drink and something to eat before heading out for the day. Location is fantastic.

location is a little far to the centre (for me), 30 minutes walking to wesfield. room is small, and AC is just on top of my bed and the cool air is just directing to my head. No view.

It was a bit pricey for what it was but then you don't really pay for the accommodation - but for the location. The views are not spectacular.

Perfect location - incredibly easy to get around Sydney from the hotel. Staff were very pleasant. Considering that it's right next to the railway station, it was very pleasantly quiet.

I was happy with the overall cleanliness and spaciousness of the room. The staff were friendly and the location was handy being so close to the railway. The coffee/tea and breakfast facilities were a nice touch.

We had to pull the bed away from the wall to access PowerPoints to have our phones beside our bed for emergencies which meant our pillows kept falling off the bed.

The thoughtful morning snacks. House keeping staff were efficient. The hotel is close to everything.

It might just be myself (I don't often stay in hotels) but I would like a little clearer explanation/instruction on how to use the transport and technology for the hotel. I didn't realise until a good while after check in that I had to use my card for the lift/access the lights in my room and even then struggled for a bit before I got used to it

The breakfast was good, a broad variety of options -- though I did miss it because I slept in a couple times haha

Rooms are an acquired taste and a bit small. Personally I liked the split bed arrangement. The lack of a true window might not be for everyone

Curtain in bedroom didn't cover the entire window - so decent amount of light came in. Little insulation in the walls - could hear everything from the corridor. Staff were a bit abrupt.

Decent set up for a budget hotel - free tea, coffee, water, fruit and snacks in the lobby are a nice touch. Good location for easy access to Central station and Darling Harbour area.

The walls/door to the hallway were quite thin (we could hear our neighbors late into the night/early morning when they were talking loudly or walking by our room). The bathroom did not have a fan (or at least we could not figure out how to turn it on if it existed).

The location was fantastic, less than 5 minute walk to Central station - this made it so easy to get everywhere we wanted to go, including to/from the airport. The pastries for breakfast and 24/7 coffee/tea available in the lobby were very much appreciated. The room size was much bigger than expected, plenty of space for us.
