This apartment is a great find! It's great that every morning we all meet in the living room and drink coffee, planning our day while still in our pajamas! The place is clean and the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and it's easy to put a meal together. Hope we will go back and stay there again.

The sofa and beds were uncomfortable. The stairs were very steep and potentially dangerous, especially with small children. Despite the bright and airy appearance in the pictures, the property felt dark and uncomfortable.

While the house accommodated 4 of us comfortably it wasn't very comfortable. Beds were ok. We had asked for 1 room to have 2 single beds but the beds couldn't be separated, so 1 of us slept on the lounge which wasn't comfortable at all and there wasn't any spare linen. The stairs up to the 2 rooms upstairs are very steep and could be dangerous ( but this is very typical of old terrace houses) - so its not really practical for families with young children or elderly people. There were a few basic supplies provided - I think they were probably left from previous travellers. There was no milk ( the little UHT cups would have been OK) or tea bags. But there was pod coffee. There is no air conditioning - but pedestal fans were provided - we were lucky the temperature wasn't too bad.

Location was good. Public transport was/is close but probably easier to get a taxi/uber. The house was big enough to accomodate 4 of us comfortably. It was lovely and clean inside. Not a lot of local traffic so it was quite. About a 10-15 min walk to main road - near UTS. Smaller cafes not far and easily walkable. The host was very pleasant with all interactions and quick to respond to messages.

The bathroom is a little crazy (you can't shower without soaking the toilet) and there were no fly screens - so on a hot night we could not open windows. The staircase should also have a warning.

Very clean renovated property, good location & helpful host. Close to train station & great cafes.

It was very dirty- cobwebs covering windows, stains on the kitchen counters and table. Window sills had ants crawling on them, they were filthy. Cockroach traps in livinyg room and cupboard. The house smelled. The bed linen didn't match and was dirty. The stairs were unsafe. The garden was overgrown. There were cracks on the marble hearth and stairs were also cracked. Wheelchair left in living room. Bedding left on the couch. Couch arm broken. Broken chair stuffed in the downstairs cupboard. Cables for T.V lying on the floor, with several plugs in one socket making it a fire hazard. No shade on the kitchen light. Both bathrooms downstairs next to each other, which meant the upstairs bedrooms had to negotiate very steep twisty stairs, dangerous at night. We couldn't even stay one night.

The stairs to bedroom at upper floor is very steep even for an adult who is fit. The property could have been cleaner; a lot of its shelves are dusty.

The property is located near to major amenities such as train station, bus stop, eateries and shopping mall. There's a playground and park nearby which suits family with young children.
