Parking was difficult as the car spot in front of the house was not available and the whole street was choc-a-block with cars. suggestion that you included a car space.

Musty smell as soon as you arrive. Steep steps, so if you are older or mobility problems definitely stay elsewhere. Very hot when we stayed and no air conditioning, portable fans in each room was a nice touch. Unfortunately couldn’t open windows or doors as no insect screens. No locks on 3 of the external doors, so security an issue. Streaming services but no free to air tv!!!!

The place is shabby and did not match the photos. It was not clean. Last guests old drinks in the fridge. Everything musty and dirty. No tea or milk. Towels were flimsy and did not dry you. Step into kitchen needs a reflective strip as my mother fell and hit her head. Communication was external to the app.

Location was central. Directions good. Easy on street parking.

We didn’t like that it was advertised as “2 E-Bikes included” all throughout the listing but then came to find out a few days prior that to actually have this perk you need a 700AUD deposit.

We loved the location and convenience it offers. Great value altogether.

Surprised that there was no milk, sugar etc. There was a coffee machine but as no one likes black coffee this wasn’t much use. Only accommodation of this type that I’ve stayed in that didn’t provide this. Car parking could be an issue - we got lucky. I’d contacted the owner beforehand and the message received suggested one space for the property but for a small car. There was no allocated space - street parking- as I say we got lucky but I could see there could possibly be problems. A couple of things loose in property- towel rail, door knob

Plenty of room. 3 bedrooms plus sofa bed meant everyone had their own bedroom as opposed to someone sharing which often happens when we travel together- daughter and son in law, grandfather, a 19 and 17 year old

The staff are very friendly and helpful - dealing with them directly is recommended to provide greater flexibility if you are traveling for work. It’s a great place with all you need- comfortable bed, hot shower, clean room, tastefully decorated.

Nothing loves it all .

The property was spacious so well set out. Amenities were clean, and there was plenty for the amount of people that were there.! The street parking was fantastic. Even on the weekends it’s close to the shop and glebe hotel where we needed to go. I would 1000% recommend this property. The communication with the owners was easy and quick. Fantastic property!

Strongly advise booking to remove this listing UNTIL the awful mouldy smell has been addressed by the property owner. We were in the property for only 5 mins, and moved out instantly due to an awful mould smell. Damp ceiling and walls inside and Mould outside. We called the property manager right away, but no response. Booking assured a refund and thereafter we booked another hotel via booking. Afterwards both booking and owners have refused a refund. Raised it with NSW fair trading for intervention.

Nothing, awful smell as soon as we step in. Owner does not agree to the musty and mouldy conditions and instead states you stayed in the property (5mins) is all we were inside.

It smelt musty, and the kitchen cupboards had an awful smell. We rewashed the cutlery, crockery and glasses before using them. Three doors to the outside areas did not lock at all, we did not feel safe leaving our passports and personal items, so had to take with us when we went out. We had several cockroaches visit during our stay. It was not in Darling Bay as advertised. The outside furniture was ripped and a bit mouldy. The outside areas had weeds and moss and were not appealing, we thought with an agency these things would be taken care of. The TV didn't work on normal viewing only internet, which was fine for some of us. Wouldn't stay again or recommend without some changes.

Looks exactly as pictured. So cute, quiet and in walkable neighborhood. We loved our stay in this lovely peaceful home! We loved the comfy beds, etc. We want to come back!

Would be nice to be able to watch Foxtel. There is no welcome greeting which may recommend nearby restaurants, a couple of tea bags and some milk would be a nice touch. The residence was quite bland even though it was adequately comfortable. It felt like the owners of the property want to operate this place as an air bnb but do not want to pay for the privelege. I think having to pay full fare upon booking and not being able to cancel within 2 weeks is a bit of a stretch.

Located along the Sydney, this apartment was so quiet and serene… and clean! This was one of the cleanest vacation rentals for an apartment its size I’ve stayed in. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed.
