Spacious, tranquil, spotless apartment - tremendous location, we walked just about everywhere. Situated on a lovely street, safe and friendly neighbourhood. Nice to have separate toilet plus full bathroom, and well equipped kitchen. Very comfy beds, lots of space and storage in the place, lovely outlook onto surprisingly quiet courtyard. Highly recommend for independent stays.

However, there is no information in the room about the availability of spices such as pepper, salt and milk so I don't know what is provided or whether it can be served in the room.

The room was well appointed, clean and comfortable. I stayed with my family and children in 3 double rooms - queen size beds. The room was extremely spacious by comparison to other hotel.

Location and transport - This property lies right in the centre of Sydney. The staff is really friendly but we did not have a chance to meet face to face. They had thought of absolutely every and any thing you could possibly need or want. The kitchen is small but fully equipped. On the other level, you have the bedroom. All in all, this flat is efficient, welcoming, functional, convenient.

Whilst this is an older style house, with older style fittings, it is scrupulously clean and very welcoming. The road noise was not an issue for us.

From the start, the service was friendly and made me feel a lot better. The room was above average, with lots of channels and comfortable furniture. The high point was borrowing a phone charger without any questions - it appeared nothing was too much trouble.

We arrived late and have been given easy instructions, via text WhatsApp on how to enter. The room were large and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and it was nice to have somewhere to sit whilst watching the TV.

Short stay with family was very relaxing. Room was pristine clean, bed was super comfortable. It’s location is very convenient to shops and restaurants. Safe to say we will be back again!

The only minor negative was when I requested what time check in was I wasn't told that I could store my luggage there earlier than the 3pm check in.

The location is very good and communication was pretty good. 3 bedrooms with plenty of space. One bedroom had an ensuite the other two are larger rooms but required to negotiate the narrow stair case to bathroom down stairs.

We stayed 1 night and this was ideal for us as its comfy and fully self contained. Flat screen TV allowed us to play game. Ambient noise was non-existent even though we had people on either side.

The bathroom on the 1st floor does not have a door that can be locked.

The staff is very helpful. The Internet was not working and the staff came over (late night) and brought another device.
