Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

Everything was Perfect. The Location was Ideal, Handy to Richmond Train Station - the MCG & AAMI Stadium. The Room was just Great, Clean & Comfortable with every Appliance and especially having Your Own Laundry in the Room. That was a definite Highlight for Me. Having a Coles Supermarket Handy was a Bonus. Reasonably Priced and the Added Security of knowing the Building was only Accesable to Guests was a real positive. THANK YOU 381 Cremorne

AustraliaAll was good but in our apt (112) the TV in bedroom ( with ensuite) my husband and I used wasn’t working? Also we bought food to make platters and had to use cutting boards there as nothing else there so I’m glad I bought a few with me. More milk in fridge would be a recommendation too. Two small cartons for 4 adults isn’t enough

AustraliaThe friendly receptionist who still remembers me though it’s been months since I last booked with them. The facilities were great. Just minor issues such as the ensuite bathroom shower tap is loose but still works. Also the ensuite sink also drains slowly - which hopefully could be fixed. But nothing that made our stay inconvenient i’d say. The room is big and cozy. Very safe as well. We also love that they offer paid parking.

Lovely accomodation. We had the three bedroom penthouse and thought it only had two bathrooms however it surprised us with three! Walking distance to Rod Laver Arena/MCG and plenty of eating/drinking options down swab street or a little further up at Bridge Road. Chloe on reception was really lovely and helpful.
