We weren’t informed that the property didn’t have a toilet and shower in the ground floor and it made it really difficult for my mum who needs wheelchair access to go upstairs every time she needed to use the toilet. I wouldn’t have booked it if I would have know of the property not having wheelchair access.

It’s a 3 floor apartment , so difficult for family with aged people and toilets are only on 1 st floor… stairs are bit narrow so difficult to put luggage to 2 nd floor … no dryer in washing are

If you cant do stairs then you will have a problem but it is what it is. The air-con in the top bedroom was un-useable. Mould and dust in the filters.

Very basic kitchen, no toaster. Beds weren't that comfortable, but they did the job for one night. The window coverings were not block-out, one was broken and on the ground when we arrived, and a used towel was left hanging outside over the rail. It was like daylight from all the street lights and other property spotlights all night long, front and back bedrooms. It was very loud on a Sat night, you won't sleep well with all of that on the weekends. The neighbours were very loud sitting out the back until 3am talking and yelling.

The property is in great walking distance to all the great restaurants cafes and bars. Plenty room. Very clean, was able to leave bags there early.

Lack of coffee cups only 3 cups for 8 people and no teabags provided as usually is in other places. Not a problem but be aware there is a rain leak at door in dining room.

We had booked for 5 people Only 3 cups to use for coffee Black hairs on pillows ( none of us have black hair Dirt…dust & hair matted in corner of ensuite bedroom Fans covered in dust No soap dispensers to use…we were left a plastic soap refill container Dirty old scourer left for us to use ( which we did not ) Mould in bathrooms & sink in ensuite bathroom Opened sugar bag with spoon in it left on bench Other couple believe that they had mucas matter on second bedroom wall Brown stain on bed sheet Ceiling fans covered in dust The whole apartment needs a good overhaul Such a shame it didn’t look like the pics online

Highly recommended. The price is very reasonable for the whole house, 3 bedrooms, for the whole family. The property is very well maintained and clean. The owners have definitely put their passion and commitment into it. The staff always kept in touch with us to ensure that we had a good stay there.

As a family of 6 we wanted a place with facilities so we could cook and eat breakfast and som eother meals while we were there to help save a bit of money. First here was no toaster for breakfast, then went o cook dinner in the oven and no baking trays available. I stacked the dishwasher and turned it on only to find that it was broken. All dishes when i went to use them had puddles of water in them.

It was very easy to locate the keys in the lock box. Location of the house was perfect. Easy walk to the tram line.
