Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

AustraliaRoom is small. Bed takes up most of the space and only enough room to have one suitcase comfortably. Keys have AirTag on them so if you like privacy you will need to leave keys in lockbox every time you leave property.
Easy to access the site with clear instructions on how to open the lockbox. Site is in the same street to the markets so only a 5 minute walk to them and a 10-15 minute walk into the Main Street. Room was quiet and all facilities worked fine.

AustraliaWhen you enter there is a certain smell like a insect spray every time you enter you can smell that . I was staying about 12 days I have to request the additional amenities like shampoo and teas and have to wait for few days and he said it’s not provided..? But then he said he would provided for me out of his good will. then he dropped plenty for me. TV is weird as it’s most of the time it’s in the mute mode as it’s somehow pairing with someone headphone. tried many times to do the unpairing and some times it works but then it turned again to mute mode.
very convenient location to work as it’s close to Adelaide CBD and plenty restaurants surrounds the area . nice room and compact and has microwave facility to heat up the food.

AustraliaLuggage rack worn out [ 2 straps broken] and needs to be replaced. Not servicing the room once on a 4 night stay is miserable, standard good service level is to service room on day 3 [ tidy, empty bins and replace towls] then do a checkout clean on day 4 or 5 at latest. This also serves as a risk management measure. The procedure to gain entry is overly complicated, relocate the key boxes. The address says 247 Gouger, there is no way anyone could figure out entrance is on Bailey St. Change the address and include a very detailed map. Put a sign with property name on Gouger St pointing to Bailey St. Put a name on the front door of Bailey St entrance. Put a sign above the key boxes, displaying proprerty name. Guests are usually tired from travelling and unfamiliar with the location when checking in, given you don't have a reception, you need to make it easier for guests. Subscribe to "Chat 2" service and put all the information on how to gain entry to building [ and the room] on there.

AustraliaThe TV randomly turned itself back on after we had turned it off. Had to unplug it at night to avoid being woken up.
All we needed for our 4 night stay. Very clean room and bathroom with a comfortable bed. Located close to Chinatown and other eateries, and just a 15 minute walk to Rundle Mall. Hosts were responsive and helpful, and allowed us to leave our luggage in the room after checkout. Value for money accommodation.

United KingdomWe were given clear instructions for collecting key from key box using code-but the actual box is not easy to find -could be better info! The room was extremely clean but fittings a little dated/tired-though I think the reasons price balanced this out. No hair dryer was a nuisance!
Very clean room with a really comfortable bed. Extremely convenient location-only a few minutes walk to Adelaide’s Central Market and Victoria Square.
