Wifi was a bit slow. Tap water tasted pretty bad. If there had been bottled water or a filter of some kind on the tap I’d bump up my rating.

Peter was great to communicate with! The space was very clean and well equipped with towels, soap and the like. Nice TV and comfy sofas.

I have only one suggestion. Could you consider putting a grab rail in the shower to lessen the likelihood of an elderly person having a fall. My partner is 87 years and it would have made him feel safer in the shower with a firm rail to steady him. Other than that there was nothing at all to dislike about the property. It was excellent in every way.

The Unit was scrupulously clean and very comfortable from the beds to the couches. All amenities were thought of. Even scissors were supplied. Block out curtains for the bedrooms enabled a good nights rest. Extra bedding was supplied if the night turned colder. I could not find fault anywhere.

Only minor items to mention; The pillows were a little thin; The kitchen / laundry area would benefit with a sliding door. This would assist with energy efficiency as well as reduce noise from the washing machine and dryer.

The location was centrally located in a quiet area. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, cooking pots and pans and crockery. Peter was excellent to deal with and was very responsive.

Parking a 4WD in the unit's single garage was a bit stressful. Parked outside unit for most of the stay, which was fine as it was off the street, where there is paid parking given close proximity to city centre. Peace of mind knowing we could park uncover in the event of a hail storm, if we were desperate. Liked having the ability to view Netflix and youtube great but did not like seeing previous viewing/search history on Youtube. Clearing this after each check out would be good.

Seamless entry with door code access - no need to rummage for the key! Clean and tidy. Good list of instructions on table. Close to everything. Large rooms, comfy beds and pillows. Good supplies of shampoo, conditioner, soap, washing powder, dishwashing liquid, with helpful sticky labels with instructions in the unit. Host contacting us before arrival on what key code we would like, along with reminder of checkout and possible late checkout if required. Thank you - great service.

We were here for a rugby competition and chose this place for its location and because it had washer and dryer. Host was lovely and very accommodating, great communication and service. Accomodation was very clean and comfortable, would definitely recommend this place for a stay.

This unit is in an excellent position - easily within walking distance from the city. It is also very close to an excellent seafood shop. The unit is a little older but is well equipped, comfortable and very clean. Being able to nominate your own key code is a great idea - makes it so easily to remember.

The whole apartment was very clean, the shower could have done with a bit more detail. We did have trouble using the fold out couch. It wouldn't stay locked into place. But I'm sure that could be easily fixed or perhaps we were just not doing it right and some instructions could have been handy

It was perfect in the centre of town. Very comfortable and warm. Didn't expect a garage. That was fantastic. Added bonus. A private garage should be advertised more. So happy. It was perfect for being in Toowoomba for 3 nights with kids. Kitchen was great, laundry was perfect, and as a single Mum, we all felt very safe. I could not recommend this apartment more.
