The bed was a tad squeaky , other than that everything was perfect

The waterfall pictures above the bed the green, blue, white colours of the room and furniture were soothing , calming and relaxing... Room was spacious clean and comfortable. Felt like I was staying in a room surrounded by bush, not houses ... 😁🌿💐🌺☘️🍃🌴

It's a bit out of the city, but the area was really nice. I walked around at night with no issues. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that I didn't stay longer.

Bed was extremely comfortable. Bathroom was spacious and shower was great too! Shayne was very helpful and friendly.

Definitely a 5 star ⭐️ room! A special Thank you to the host, Shayne for accomodating my last minute request to check in early, so I can freshen up for my grandmas 90th birthday! I stayed at this place for three nights, good location, very homely, comfortable bed and room! With coffee pods/machine and tea available in the room! Shayne went above and beyond, even using his water pressure spray to clean the bird drops off my hired car! Thank you Shanye for the hospitality and for the beautiful roses from your garden in my room!

Excellent value for money - I got my own room with a double bed, couch, walk-in wardrobe and bathroom. It was very clean and also included all the basic amenities you need. Shayne the host was super friendly and accommodating, easy to contact and I could feel that he went beyond what he needed to make sure I was comfortable and had access to everything I needed.

Everything was great. The only issue was that the floor towel from the shower wasn't very clean. It looked like it was used by the previous guest. But I only discovered that after the shower so at that point I didn't tell Shayne. Everything else was spotless.

Wonderful room. Beautifully decorated. Great bathroom and walk in closet. Comfortable sofa. Lock on the door. Very cute cats on the property. Shayne was excellent and very responsive.

Very comfortable, good size room, in a quiet residential street. Everything I could ask for. Shayne was very attentive, and nothing was too much trouble. Close to The Glen Shopping Centre.

It was very convenient for me and my need to meet with family for the evening in the Glen Waverley central shopping and school precinct. It was also surprisingly cheap for an overnight stay - as well as being homely and comfortable.

There was a small fridge available, but it was in a shared space, not in the room. Not really an issue for me, but being in the room would meant I may have used it more.

This place was perfect for me - I was travelling for work, and heading up to Tally Ho Business Park in Burwwod East each day. There are buses just down the street that run to Nunawading and Glen Waverley, but I even walked it one day and it was only 15 minutes. The hosts were lovely, and very accommodating and available when you needed something. All the rooms were occupied with other guests when I was there, proof of a popular accommodation. I'll stay again if I need to be in the area.

There isn't really anything I didn't like, there are other rooms in the house which are occupied by others just like you would live with your family except your not kids lol.

I was a bit anxious before I got there. When I arrived I was greeted by Shayne was and is a very humble man as well as a gentleman, I was quite surprised to be greeted out the front, I can say that in itself is just something that you don't normally get from any or most places you go to, which was very pleasant and warming in every way., He showed me around explaining everything and showing me in the house. I was surprised to see how it was set up and the detail in especially the room itself it is pretty much self-contained with it's own bathroom, bedroom and just an inviting place it was very clean and tidy big enough room with couch and desk the bed was comfortable the room was bright just right for what I was looking for, the door has it's own lock, in saying this you are only getting the room there are prevision of course you are free to come and go the rest of the house is for private use only so you must and respect that, if you are in need of anything just ask Shayne is very reasonable and helpful in anything he can help you with, to make your stay enjoyable. Myself personally am very grateful for his generosity and support in making my stay quiet enjoyable. I highly recommend this place. I have a great respect for him. It's very reasonable priced for what you need it's close to shops transport and everything you need most of which is walking distance. But if you are just looking for a nice and pleasant place to stay and a quiet room to get away from the motel environment just for yourself or for two people, I don't think it's big enough for kids as well unfortunately. The amenities are very good big shower and big enough bathroom, basin wardrobe are quite modern. There is no TV but I didn't really miss watching it at all in fact it was quite a change not having it truthfully.

Given the price, I don't think there is anything that needs to change. It is a well priced, comfortable B&B.

I did not have the breakfast. My room was very clean and comfortable. Shayne made it clear that if wanted anything I could ask. There was a kettle in the room. I was at work for long days so I barely saw anyone and it was very quiet. Once in my room it was like being in a hotel. I was able to order in meals for dinner and The Glen is close by. Considering the price, it is excellent affordable accommodation.
