Nil knowledge of another property on the block prior to booking. I believe they were the caretaker. But made the stay feel less private especially with the pool next to their house.

The kitchen could have been cleaner. A few of the lights were not working.

The location is great; right under mount Panorama. It has easy access to the town centre. It has a large outdoor area, which is great for outdoor games. We actually fed the sheep on the next door property- this was great fun for the kids. The big TV was great for watching movies.

The house was very clean and spacious with a fantastic verandah we all enjoyed using. It was a fun experience staying so close to the race track. The kids loved running around the yard, swimming in the pool, picking plums and feeding the sheep. Keith and Margaret were great hosts- a fun weekend was had by all!

Everything you need is available on the property. Big house, fireplace and reverse cycle air conditioning kept us very warm. Very comfortable beds. Keith was a great host. We had a welcome basket with goodies on arrival, nice touch. Highly recommended for large families.

A dishwasher was available but only one (crumbled) dishwasher tablet for 10 people over a weekend was not sufficient. one garbage bag for 10 people was also not sufficient. Remember to take all toiletries and some cleaning product and there was no cleaning spray, body wash or anything like that. There was a change to the facilities we could use (since we booked) that we were not informed. This made us change some of our plans but we found other options.

This was perfect for a large group. Plenty of room inside and out to spread out and not be on top of each other. the owners are good communicators when you get to the property.

It was a pleasure to stay at Keith’s place. They are generous hosts with amazing communication. They put in the effort to kit out the home with all the best quality items & little touches which will make people who stay here get an amazing experience. The property is spacious, the kitchen is fab for multiple people to work in at the same time, nearby pool and gaming lounge are perfect for kids and adults to spend many afternoons . The location is great right next to the racing track, with walking distance access to the hill top observing deck, and short drive to the main Bathurst town centre. We had an amazing time here and would love to be back again in the future. Thx for letting us stay at this amazing place – a perfect new year get away for friends and family.

Everything was great. The only down side was there wasn't enough bowls for all of us for cereal or pasta but luckily my dad had bought some plastic party plates and bowls so we used those. I'm sure if we had asked Keith he would have got us some but it was such a minor thing.

The property was large and with great views. We had a mix of kids aged between 6 and 19, the games room was awesome for the older kids and the vast property, sheep next door and warm fireplace and comfy beds kept the young ones entertained. It was too cold and windy to sit on the fabulous balcony and it would be great to come back in the warmer weather to chill out. Also the pool was adorable, but the weather kept most of us out - few crazies jumped in and loved it. The teenagers and young adults were a little sad they couldn't use the game room without one of us oldies but that just gave us another opportunity to bond which worked out great. As the road was blocked off to all but residents, we got to do a lap or two of the race track and that was sooo much fun. Keith came out and socialised with us one night which was really lovely too. Awesome weekend, loved every minute.

Property was advertised with man cave facility to be used, however, it was not provided to us. Property owner said it had electrical issues and we could not use it. Price was paid to use entire property facility as the ad was saying.

Location of the property is excellent and it could not be any better than that.
