Bed size. The room is large enough to have a queen or king bed. The bed was compfy though.

The pool was not regularly cleaned so it was not usable. In regards to the breakfast, it was very minimal and only topped up occasionally.

Quiet and peaceful tropical setting. It's a basement accommodation so it was cool without need for aircon. The hen was friendly. Loftus is a nice suburb, despite the remoteness.

The room had one missing vertical blind panel missing near the bed which allowed a lot of light in early morning. there is a ventilation system running which was a little noisy- but we did get used to it.

location was excellent. The space was very comfortable and quiet. T backyard had a lovely pool but not the right season for swimming.

The only little thing was when I went to make a coffee, the sugars were all wet inside for some reason.

The room was good, it had everything I needed. It was quiet and private. Owners were friendly and accommodating.

the location was in a suburb setting and was very quiet enjoyed feeding the 1 chook and 1 duck that came to visit in the morning. breakfast was basic overall was a very pleasant evening. thank you

Was just a little hard to locate the local Coles supermarket. Ended up going into Miranda Coles.

I really like the peace and quiet of the place with a chicken and a duck greeting me in the backyard whilst having my morning cuppa. The host Dave was very welcoming and friendly as was his son. The under the house unit/studio room was well equipped and somewhat kwerky with the decor. But very comfortable indeed. Would definitely recommend this place and will stay again.

The bed. It was a queen bed but had a roll into the middle, so we had to put a pillow between us to stop ourselves for rolling together all night. Clean sheets a dooner.

Dave and his wife were on hand to welcome us. Any questions we asked before arriving were answered quickly and simply, making our choice to stay very easy. They told us where to go for a good meal (Club on North) the room had lost of space, nice clean separate bathroom with shower and toot, clean smelled nice, bed was large, clean sheets and a large warm dooner, but very uncomfortable as we kept rolling to the middle of the bed, very clean, and the friendly chook and duck were a treasure. Easy to find the location, easy to park, nice and secure.. We will stay again on our next trip if they fix the bed. The room was warm on arrival and it stayed warm all night. The room also contained a small bar area with breakfast goodies, a toaster, vegemite etc, Bread for toast, but not enough butter for the toast, coffee tea bags and tea and milk were supplied. There was a TV and a two seater lounge and a separate chair for seating in the lounge area. We could not fault this venue and as we said we would return on our next trip. Very enjoyable and we give the a 4.8 out of 5 without hesitation. Thank you for looking after us. Rick and Ruth 5 out of 5 i you fix the bed.

Great location, very comfortable. Loved hearing the kookaburras in the morning! Pool looks amazing but weather wasn't warm enough for a dip. Dave and Christine are lovely hosts.

Pillow protectors on pillows would help with cleanliness (pillows were stained) One towel could have been cleaner. Good to have outside area in the garden and next to the pool to enjoy.

Breakfast with muesli and bread for toast was great. Location couldn't be better for the purpose of our visit

The only negative and its not a huge deal. The bed could be bigger. My partner has a solid build so not much room for both in a double bed.

A friendly duck and chook in the tiled yard: be careful where you tread!

We needed a one night stopover on a trip to the south coast: this reasonably priced downstairs apartment with pool view exceeded our expectations. Spacious and generously supplied with teas/coffees and bathroom items, a large and very comfortable bed, and continental breakfast at a tropical bar and large bathroom with a tropical pool view: all good. On street parking was fine, as were the emailed and personal welcomes. We intend to stay again during our next south coast trip.
