The location was fantastic, tucked in between McCrae and Rosebud. The townhouse was clean, comfortable and well appointed. We didn’t want to leave after just 2 nights.

The skylights in the bedrooms are super bright which woke the kids up super early.

Location was perfect being across the road from a very family friendly beach. Also only 1 km from the Rosebud Foreshore playground which is a fantastic creative playground for kids. Walking distance to coles, bws and other shops.

Parking was a bit difficult, but there is no problem if you park on the street. Everything was so good

It was so clean and friendly, and the bed was so soft that I was able to rest well. It's also very convenient, the bathroom is 4-star clean, and it's the best accommodation with a wide variety of dining utensils.

Just a couple of pot were not cleaned properly and the dryer filter was not clean too.

The place was spotless, nicely decorated, with good facilities, great amenities, great location, spacious and comfortable. Highly recommended.

The house is new and has a homely feel to it. It’s warm and inviting and very spacious. Outdoor area has a bbq and is great for drinks. Beds are also really comfortable.

What a wonderful and beautiful house located close to everything and across the road from the beach. It was flawless and so clean and well stocked. Both bedrooms had an ensuit as well as a separate powder room downstairs. Michelle was also so wonderful to deal with. She even put up a Christmas tree for us and bought our little girl a present. Thank you so much for having us, we didn't want to leave!

The property was amazing for our weekend away. It was clean, well equipped with everything we needed and the host was super easy to get in contact with prior to our arrival. We were travelling with our daughter, so the host even provided a high chair, cot and some toys for our daughter to play with.

A beautiful townhouse apartment. Had everything we needed and was stocked with many extras, including a welcome bottle of local wine! Bed was very comfortable, great shower. Michelle was so easy to deal with and helpful.

Super minor but some directions prior re where the key box was would have been good and we also couldn’t find a clothes horse for our washing - but both were so minor! Thinking for some people there stairs may be an issue for people with mobility issues

There is nothing that you will not like about your stay at 779 Beach House. This property is 10/10.

Cleanliness and attention to details of everything that a family would need to feel at home. Proximity to beach and Jetty Rd where all the fun and food is. We wanted a good break and hence mostly did takeaways, but if you are in a mood to cook, then the kitchen has everything you need to cook up a storm. The most beautiful part is the backyard, where you can sit, relax and have meals with serious family time (without the TV and phone).

The beds were super comfy and the house was very clean. Lots of utensils, pots and pans as well as dry ingredients to cook with, which is great for spending the night in. Parking was a little tight to get in and out but doable. The owner was very accommodating and checked in with us by text multiple times which was great. Will definitely be back again.
