There were quite a few people staying at the time so if you left the room to use the kitchen or other facilities you were often seeing other people as well.

The views were amazing and there were so many places to go sit and enjoy the lush greenery. The detail in the furnishing and decor was perfect, made you feel like you were at a spa.

I would say it’s one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed in my life. They made a fire and provided marshmallows and it was absolutely amazing! We woke up 5:30am to watch sunrise since it was 360 view. Absolutely loved this place.

Unfortunately, the wifi did not work at all in my room and my mobile phone provider reception is not the best in the countryside. The bathroom was not clean on arrival, which was taken care of after voicing it.

The best hotel we stayed in while visiting Australia. A hotel where you feel at home. Very friendly staff and indescribably beautiful surroundings. The hotel is decorated very tastefully and every detail has been thought out here. I recommend this hotel!

The property was beautiful, easy to find, clean, with great ambiance, everything you needed including a laundry and pool. Khan was so helpful and had great energy. The views were spectacular and our short time was so peaceful. I would highly recommend staying here and I have referred all my friends and family. Cant wait to go back!

Couldn’t fault it.

Beautiful location with fantastic views over Bangalow and surrounding hills. The house was tastefully furnished and offered excellent amenities- big well-equipped kitchen and laundry, comfortable living room and bedroom & ensuite. Gorgeous pool and immaculate garden with a chance to see koalas in the trees. Kahn was an excellent host.

We felt in love with the view and the house. It was prettier then showed on the pictures. A lot of trees where you can find koala’s as well, unfortunately we couldn’t find one but a lot of people has seen one. We definitely are coming back

I can’t think of a single thing

I loved everything about this place! The sensational views, fantastic location, stunning gardens and surroundings! It was the perfect place to relax, rewind and enjoy - whether that was in the hammock, on the deck, or by the pool. The villa was perfect for the privacy I needed. It was comfortable and had everything I needed. Khan was amazing host! He made my stay notably more effortless and enjoyable with his friendly, welcoming nature and warm hospitality, all while giving me enough space to feel secluded and comfortable. Thank you for a truly wonderful stay!

Nothing to dislike.

99 Acres is well located, close to Bangalow village and a short drive to Byron Bay. This was my second visit, staying in the house, which is clean, comfortable and has a large shared kitchen, lounge and sitting room, as well as a guest laundry. I stayed in room 5 which is spacious and comfortable and quiet, despite being close to the entrance. The host, Khan, is helpful, knowledgeable and endlessly cheerful.

Two nights wasn't long enough, didn't want to leave this paradise.

From the moment we were met by Kahn who was so friendly and accommodating, we were in love with 99 Acres. With its stunning location and beautiful interior design, lots of communal areas as well as perfect spaces for two, you have all you could need and a little bit more. Classy and generous.

Everything was as anticipated.

Great facilities. Great location. Great host. We stayed in the guesthouse but I believe there are self-contained options as well. I would recommend the guesthouse for anyone who likes a B&B experience.
