    The apartment was in desperate need of a proper clean the bathrooms, doors and walls were covered with handprints and dirt. The so called laundry that we were promised was hopeless, filthy and extension leads out to the kitchen. It was hard to recognise which of the several appliances was functional or what they were capable of. The laundry was such a mess that the ironing board and vacuum cleaner took up a lot of valuable space in the wardrobes. The iron leaked water all the time and did not get hot. Towels were still hanging on the balcony. The bedroom lamp was found in the bathroom cupboard, broken.

    The apartment was well located with excellent views, it was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Some local advise, luggage rack and a water jug in the fridge would have been a helpful.

    Communication between the property managers, the host and us was very confusing. I was contacted for permission to access the apartment for the handyman to fix a window, but when i responded asking for a time they would come i never heard anything back. Left us very confused about what was happening.

    Apartment had a great location for both the darling harbour and the city. Easy to access the keys when we arrived. We felt very safe and secure in the apartment complex.

    - Misleading Advertisement: The pictures provided on the website are misleading and do not accurately reflect the actual condition of the property. The disparity between the images and the reality of the accommodation was quite shocking. - Dirty Sheets and Blankets: Upon arrival, I noticed that the sheets and blankets were not clean, which is unacceptable for any accommodation. They had a foul smell and disgusting stains of yellow and grey color, making it impossible for me to comfortably lay down on the bed. - Dirty Carpet and Floor: The carpet and floor in the apartment were visibly dirty, creating an unhygienic living environment. - Window Inability to Properly Close: The window in my apartment could not be properly closed, which compromised security and thermal comfort. - Lack of Proper Heater: The absence of a proper heater made it difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature in the apartment. - Sprinkler Issues: The sprinkler system in the apartment was not properly set up, potentially posing a hazard in case of a fire emergency. - Rusty and Moldy Floors and Skirting Board: The presence of rust and mold on the floors and skirting boards is a clear sign of inadequate maintenance. - Fire Alarm and Smoke Detector: The fire alarm and smoke detector were not properly set up, resulting in a loud and disruptive noise every few seconds, preventing me from getting any rest. - Laundry Leftovers: There were clothes left in the laundry, and it was unclear whether they were dirty or not. - Missing Air Conditioner: The apartment was advertised as having air conditioning but it does’t work, and they provided portable heaters that doesn’t work! - Paid extra: I have paid for an additional person to stay in the sofa bed. No extra towel and linen provided. - Charged extra after check out: claiming there was a damaged toilet and charged $49 with no evidence. DO NOT BELIEVE FAKE REVIEWS. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE

    The only thing I liked was the harbour view. Other than that the place need to be taken down from listing. They scam people for money. The place is awful. I had the most uncomfortable stay in a long time.

    EVERYTHING! From the unlocked, mould infested entry door to the filthy, stained mattress protectors. The grubby bed linen & towels, the dishwasher full of dishes on arrival, the dryer full of bed linen on arrival. The filthy, stained rug on the living room floor, the lack of ceiling light in bedroom and walk in robe, the floor lamp with no globe in living room. The leaking toilet and tap in bathroom. The hair, dirt & dust throughout the apartment. The filthy laundry floor. The window that was impossible to close in the bedroom. The window blind that was broken in the living area. The chipped coffee mugs and the food crumbs on the dirty carpet. This apartment was quite definitely NOTHING LIKE the description on Booking.com and should be taken off the website to prevent any future prospective holidaymakers from having their holiday ruined by deceptive advertising and misrepresentation.

    This apartment was definitely the most disgusting place I have booked through Booking.com. We attempted to contact the host as soon as we arrived but although we had a local contact number to send a message we received no reply. (We had previously successfully communicated with the host several times via this number.) After several messages and photographs depicting the unacceptable state of the property being ignored, we eventually contacted Booking.com who attempted to resolve the issue over the next few days, however this delayed response meant we were left with no alternative but to stay in a grubby, sub standard apartment for our Sydney holiday as we had paid $600 a night for this place and certainly couldn’t afford to book elsewhere unless we were to receive a refund.

    Needs some maintenance- blind was broken, light in a bedroom was not working. Cleaner had left bedsheets/linen in the washer/dryer and the door to the apartment was left open.

    Nice and spacious for a family of 4. The two bathrooms were SUPER convenient for a family. Lovely view - was not expecting water views and it was a wonderful surprise. Convenient location - very close to everything.
