Loved our stay at Tassie church. The accommodation was gorgeous, especially the stained glass windows. The coffee machine was fabulous and the gardens, particularly the apple trees were fab. Had a delicious roast at pub next door and the distillery up the road was also good. Highly recommend.

We came to tour Belgrove distillery. The accommodation was exceptional value for money. Kempton is a quiet town so having accommodation that had brilliant self catering facilities meant we would enjoy the building even more. We would happily have stayed longer. This is the perfect accommodation to just slow down and relax.

What a wonderful place to stay. We chose a Tassie Church as a stopover from our Launceston to Bruny island drive. Soo many cute little details. The church tower, the stained glass windows, the church garden were really nice features - just to mention a few. The bathrooms were amazing, heated floors, great showers with the perfect water pressure. Also the pub next door was very handy and the dinner we had there was nice. All in all a great stay.

The church is the most beautiful place to stay, perfectly restored and decorated! We only stayed one night but would have loved to have stayed much longer. It has everything you need, feels very luxurious, and is such a unique stay.

What a unique, wonderful, stunning place!!! We felt very privileged to stay in such an extraordinary place. There is so much to discover, so many lovely details to enjoy. I totally loved the old phone, the staircases, the romantic dining table, the atmosphere!!! And then one of the most beautiful terraces I have ever seen, so lovingly created. We were lucky to spend a sunny afternoon outside, what a luxury! And beautiful gardens... WOW!!!! Ah yes, the biggest coffee machine we have ever seen, oh and the coffeeeeee.... 😍

THE ambience of the beautiful building and grounds. The renovations have beautifully conserved and showcased the heritage and architectural features, making it a relaxing place to decompress. Wonderful that it is pet friendly (especially with high quality of the furnishings and cream coloured carpet !), Large floorboard areas where the dog can hang out without worrying about him shedding hair on the carpet. Spacious grounds for exercising the dog plus an off-lead dog park across the road.

A Tassie Church was spotlessly clean & comfortable. Everything you could possibly need was there, as well as other things you didn’t even know you needed. This was the most beautiful house which was so relaxing & with a great atmosphere. Only stayed 2 nights & wish it was longer.

What a beautiful place to rest for the night. We booked VERY last minute and still arrived to a roaring fire and a lovely welcome from Pam. The church has everything you need and felt like home with some extra perks like heated floors and a great coffee machine. The location is quiet and the mix between modern and vintage decor is simply stunning. Will be back for sure.

Simply its remoteness. No fault of the accommodation, just nothing near it.

The church is unbelievable !! Rooms all with ensuite a wonderful thing for an adult family all being couples. Plenty of kitchen things. Beautiful kitchen. Wonderful, and warm fire place. Beds are so comfortable. An incredible experience for sure.
