The aircon was already on when we arrived, there was a lovely restaurant that did room service and the little courtyard was wonderful for our puppies travelling with us.

Good location, pet friendly and it had a little closed in courtyard at the back of the room for the dogs to go outside. Excellent bar and restaurant and very friendly staff. Room was big with two beds and very comfortable.

The rooms were very nicely set up and comfy and accommodating for pets, the little court yard was great for our dog. It was on a great spot on the outskirts of town.

We had a thoroughly comfortable and relaxed stay at Abacus. Beds were comfortable, air conditioning worked very efficiently, staff were friendly and knowledgeable, restaurant meals (and menu choices) were great, shower had good pressure and efficient hot & cold water.

No complaints for this Beautiful Motel.

The Staff were amazing, super friendly, Always smiling happy to chat and help where possible. Very Helpful. Great family environment. The pool was Great, The air con helped you deal with the Heat and humidity. The restaurant and bar served beautiful meals, in a timely manor. The drinks were refreshing and cold, The outdoor section had a fan which was welcoming on hot afternoons. The overall facilities, Washing/drying room were acceptable, The rooms were tidy. Despite next to major highway the rooms were 95% sound proof. and the staff kept rooms nice and tidy daily.

Nil significant issues identified. Travelled with a pet and while appreciating the enclosed outdoor area it was not suitable in the heat. No shade and the bricks became very hot with a burn risk to paws. This is not a showstopper as I would stay in these facilities again but a consideration only to improve pet experience as well.

Did not have breakfast but the dinner was excellent. Friendly and professional staff. Have previously stayed at Abacus Motel and the facilities have been improved. Happy to find a motel that supports people travelling with pets.

no so sure about no front fence - but was not a big issue as vehicle can be parked outside room.

Cheese platter was a very nice touch on arrival. Great service and menu in the restaurant. Well priced for the level of quality. Clean and modern and quality coffee/teas in the rooms. Pool looked inviting on a hot day.

The backyard could have had a table so people can eat outside instead of eating in your bar and grill restaurant which was quite expensive. The cleaners came to clean our place and binned the 2 paper cups we had for our coffee. They should have replaced it but they didn’t. It would have been great to have a couple of coffee mugs, plates cutlery just so that people can bring takeAway and eat there. We were only given 1 bigger towel and 2 small ones. We checked in at about 6 and I asked the girl if we could check out a little bit later but she said no. The soap dispenser ran out on the first night and no one came to change it.

Parking is right outside your door. There’s a back yard with a chair and chairs in the front of your room as well. The air con was good. The king spa was great as well. The bed was ok and it was a clean place. Toaster and iron/board were in the cupboard. Two hangers were in the wardrobe. Could have had 2 more. It’s also closer to the airport and it has a bar and grill restaurant on site. Check in was a breeze. Food was beautiful. There’s a microwave and a hat

Well kept, clean room. Friendly staff were very welcoming and chatty. Nicely laid out restaurant with a good selection of food including vegetarian and vegan options (hard to find in the Outback!).

The free wifi was fine, but I notice in the evening, if several rooms were accessing Netflix type services, there were some issues with streaming lag. That being said it was Free wifi, and was sufficient to do the task.

The little outdoor enclosed court yard was an amazing area for the dog to be outside and comfortable. And the fact you included lods for coffee cups so we could make one in the morning and take it to go, was a nice touch.
