We felt the menu was a little over-priced, although the food was good the portions were small. My husband ordered a cooked breakfast and waited 45 minutes to receive it, apparently the kitchen had overlooked it.

Beautiful location right next to the beach. We had an apartment overlooking the ocean which was stunning! The grounds are beautiful and very manicured, the ducks are so cute!

The cleanliness of the apartment. A simple vacuum of the floors and a quick cleaning of the previous guests footprint scuffed walls would have made a huge difference.

Holiday with children and they loved being close to the beach, loved the pools (especially the indoor pool) and thought the local ducks were cute.

The beds ….! Not very comfy . They might need a revamp or comforter on them . Both husband and I suffer from bad backs and woke up worse than ever

We didn’t have any cold water, the taps were just running hot. By the time we realised, we had two very overtired toddlers and just needed to get them to bed so we had to give them a very quick bath after it cooled down as it was literally just boiling water coming out of the tap. Our phone in our room didn’t work either so we weren’t able to call for room service etc. We really loved the resort, the facilities were great for kids, I just wish we could’ve enjoyed a spa bath

Decor is quite dated, particularly in the restaurant. Appeared to be some staffing issues, they were all polite and helpful however aware this is industry wide

1. Staff: Called the hotel 4 x times prior to arrival to confirm the summer was received and the room was indeed - twin share. The line was bad, and 3 of the staff couldn’t speak English well. Very disconcerting. 2. ROOM: Dangerously hot shower that would change by itself and almost scald you, and the shower recess which leaked through to the kitchen floor. Reported, but continued. Terrible.

We were only there for 2 nights so can't say anything negative about the resort

Very enjoyable few days stay at Abbey Beach Resort. Spacious room with Balcony, Double bed, sofa, TV, nice bathroom with Spa Bath and shower, Air Con. The resort had 3 pools, 2 outside and 1 inside. We ate out but there's breakfast, lunch and dinner available on site. We enjoyed our time there.

The pillows were uncomfortable and came away with a very sore shoulder.a lollie paper was under the bed and an unusual piece of something that looked like poo was under a pillow in the cupboard in the bedroom. The ironing board was a safety hazard in the cupboard also falling out.
