We will ask for help next time about how to operate the remote for the split system. My husband and I aren't very good with modern technology so we weren't able to work it out. So the point is, ask for help when first needing it.

The main bonus was the location. It was so wonderful to wake up with a view of the ocean across the road and the sun streaming in on the balcony. It was quite a cold morning but I didn't mind - I still sat out on the balcony just so that I can I had a cuppa out on the balcony!

We liked the property. There was nothing that we didn’t like.

The property was in a lovely area just across from the waterfront and in a quiet area of the town. It was good value for money, clean and comfortable with a nice aspect.

Couch was uncomfortable and should be replaced and the chairs around the table were plastic, could be more comfortable.

There were a couple of minor things that would have benefited from an upgrade. I travelled with a friend and while the toilet was separate to the bathroom, the bathroom area was in an alcove without a door. Although this may not have been an issue for a family, as 2 friends travelling together we felt that a curtain to pull across the area for privacy would have been really helpful. Also, although the shower was really clean, the soap dish was broken, which could have been dangerous if you weren't careful. It also left no where to put shampoo/conditioner etc. A shelf would probably have been better. However, these were really minor things in the grand scheme of things and we felt we got really good value for money. We would stay here again if we were in town.

There is so much to like about this property. Although it's definitely not modern the rooms were large and comfortable and spotlessly clean. There was a couch and a small kitchen area as well. The appliances were old, but did the job. The fridge was quite large compared to some of the other rooms we have stayed in and as we tend to self-cater when we can to keep costs down this was really nice. The beds were super comfy and the water pressure in the shower was just right. The air conditioner was quiet and really effective. The motel is just across the road from the water which was lovely. The staff were welcoming but not intrusive. There was everything we could have needed and it felt comfortably and homely. Even though our room was on the ground floor at the front of the property we hardly heard any traffic. The room fronted onto a garden and sitting area and there was an inground pool with bbq facilities at the back of the room. It was too cold for us to use it, but it was in lovely condition and looked very inviting. All in all we were really happy with our stay and would choose to stay here again.

Good sized comfortable room downstairs ... with seats outside to look towards the lake. BBQ area to cook your fish or meat. Good sized shower & separate toilet from the bathroom. Very clean!

It should be followed according to the print that's written in that way the costumer is aware and maybe change their booking according to their need. The place is just to sleep,shower and up you go anyway we survive...

No breakfast available which I was expecting we have to go out and walk to find a restaurant.
