Excellent central position! Easy walk to shops, restaurants & local attractions, though plenty of public transport available close to apartment too. Great decor, comfortable bed & well equipped with everything you could possibly need during your stay. Great host who was quick to respond to any questions & was also very informative. Balcony with great city view!

If you're a light sleeper, it's worth noting this apartment is right opposite the tram and train lines. Although the glass is very effective in cutting out a lot of the noise, it made sleeping with an open window impossible. Having said that, it was a small price to pay for the location, and value for money.

Fantastic location on Flinders Street, with an abundance of great bars and restaurants on nearby Flinders Lane and surrounds. Directly opposite the Yarra River for morning runs, and a very short stroll to the MCG, Fitzroy Gardens and Southbank. A tram stop right out front, free parking and a small balcony to watch the world go by. The use of umbrellas was much appreciated, as were the Tim Tams and fresh milk on arrival. Rob the host was very efficient to deal with. This was a great option for my wife and I travelling with our adult son. Whilst we didn't use the kitchen other than making coffee, it seemed well equiped.

There wasn't much we didn't like to be honest, but if I had to be picky, perhaps face washers would have been handy to use in the shower with the liquid soap. Not really a big issue at all.

Rob the host was incredibly generous with information. The location of the apartment was incredible for our purpose. The apartment for a family of 3 with a 21 year old daughter, the 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms was perfect.

The only thing that was slightly annoying was being woken up by the sounds of the streets being cleaned and the trains in the morning, but honestly, that is to be expected anywhere you stay in the Melbourne CBD.

This apartment exceeded all expectations - it had plenty of room, with two bathrooms and two toilets (perfect if there are two or more people staying). The apartment had everything you need if you want to dine in also. The location was great - it had two entry points - one on Flinders Street and the other which exited on AC/DC lane - this was great, as at your doorstep were a number of great restaurants, including Grill Americano and Chin Chin (and many others). We were in Melbourne for a concert and the apartment was a 7-minute walk to the Arenas. The host was in contact regularly and ensured all information was easy to follow! Honestly, there was nothing to fault with this accommodation.
