The bed was too big for the room and walls didn't seem necessary. No housekeeping and receptionist wasn't very welcoming

My apartment had disabled facilities - which I didn't request. It didn't really matter, though I didn't like the toilet as it didn't have a lid. But it wasn't an issue.

It was a full apartment - which I hadn't expected. With a coffee pod machine. Also I received a $10 voucher to spend at their pantry shop - which was a nice touch.

Tile grout in shower looked dirty, layout of our apartment meant the bedroom was hard to heat.

Front desk staff was lovely, room comfortable, coffee machine was a bonus, and real milk (not UHT milk) was awesome.

I don’t know never had it happen to me before ran out of hot water I don’t know it went faulty on my stay but you can’t blame the hotel I’m sure they would of fixed it if had known I was asked to have it looked at but I was checking out I’m sure it’s fixed now

I liked the balcony was nice watching the sunrise pitty about the traffic lights beeping noise a bit annoying you know the one you wait till it turns green to walk across the road .. balcony was great

There are no windows in the bedroom, and mould was in the bathroom. Extractor fan very poor in bathroom that would explain the mould.

Hot water ran out mid shower that resulted in having to rinse hair with cold water. Not ideal anytime but especially not during wintertime in Canberra.

We stayed on a long weekend - and never saw any reception staff, even though we arrived prior to the advertised "closing" time. On check out, there were no staff at the desk (again, after the supposed opening time), and they had to call me during the day to take an additional payment for parking.

The car parking is a bit hard to navigate, but if you were staying for a few days you would get used to it.

The location is nice. It's clode to a bus terminal, oso easy to access transport and really wasn't very noisy at all. Yes in the morning you could hear the buses, but not objectionable. The in room facilities as it's self catering are good. It within easy walking distance to lots of cafes, restaurants and shopping facilities.

We had to pay extra for parking when it's not advertised as this The apartment was a bit dirty, walls stained, shower a bit dirty Toilet seat was broken and fan didn't work in ensuite TV acees was so difficult to organise and spend too much time to access channels.

The location was perfect. Everything was a walk away and we love this suburb. Coffee machine and pods was a bonus

You had to request and pay for secure parking under the building despite a filter on this website stating private parking onsite. However, if no private parking is available you had to park across the road in a public car park.
