The apartment needs a renovation specially the bathroom, no water pressure at all. The TV wasn’t working.

Mould on shower curtain, Stained coffee mugs 🤢 Light in bedroom not working, tv no remote. Lounge TV remote also didn't work. Hot water ran out within a couple of minutes.

Beds were comfortable. Was good for what we wanted it for which was literally just a bed for the night. The Grounds Manager was lovely.

The bathroom wasn't cleaned, the carpet wasn't vacuumed and was sticky underfoot, the window in the bedroom was filthy and nearly popped out when opened, the table and chairs out on the veranda hadn't been wiped down as they were black with dirt and dust, bathroom door had no door latch but did have a brick to keep it closed, wardrobe had a door missing in bedroom.

I liked that it was close to the beach and not far to drive into town

Everything else. Blinds were missing from windows, fly screens missing from windows, the flyscreen door didn't move so we could have the door open for breeze. It didn't feel secure at all. It was hot and without fly screens we couldn't let the breeze in. It was a last minute booking for us as a stop from a long journey and I am grateful they had availability but I would never pay $165 for this property again.

Lack of cleanliness-----The room really need a deep complete clean Old slices of pizza under bed-- curtains fifthly when you brushed against them dust all over your clothes---No Towels----- 5 beds--- only, 4 mugs 4 glasses 4 chairs. One double bed on wheels so when you sat on it it moved across the room. The welcome book needs a desperate update. Fire information incorrect. Wrong room located on where you are staying..

Facitilies were old and run down. No security or gates on site and my trailer and another guests boat were broken into.

Had no TV was advertised with foxtel! Property needs attention, broken blinds, outside door lock not in good working order. No coffee table just a lounge. Some lights were not working. Bathroom needs a good cleaning and update. Kitchen cabinet was falling off hinges. So the property needs TLC

There was a lot ! The place wasn’t that clean , for a family with a toddler and baby that can move it wasn’t safe ! there where stairs that baby was trying to climb all the time ! The loft was a constant worry as the toddler who loves to climb could have fallen off if she got up on the furniture! The legs of all the chairs were bent and unstable including the dinning table !

From first arrival the young staff member that greeted us tried to charge extra than what we had booked, Having to get stern as soon as we arrived didn't make me feel our stay would be enjoyable. Entering the cabin the A/C hadn't been thought to turn on for our arrival and the heat was quite extreme so after figuring out how to turn on my attention was stuck on the small size of a really old and visibly dirty A/C it did the job but struggled. Next was the very dirty crockery which I rewashed straight away so is to make myself a coffee. However the room mustn't have been topped up with the usual tea, coffee and sugar as there was no coffee, or sugar sticks sticks. It was disappointing that upon booking was under the impression that the bottom floor TV would have foxtel whilst the upstairs would only have local digital stations, this was not the case only the small upstairs tv had local and the bottom had no channels to air and the remote had no battery and upstairs had no remote at all. The place is very dated and could do well with simple things like new matching towels/curtains or blinds that aren,t missing several of the verticals or even to ensure that cleaning equipment other than just a dustpan is available. Perhaps the staff could extend themselves just a little to put some upto date area info into the folder and remove every other one because i wasn't having a lot of luck with 2015-2019 info.

The Room could have been quite homely, which is great for my boys because neither does very well away from they're home or own beds. The Location seemed to suit fine for us and it was nice that staff didn't make any of us feel awkward or hang about unnecessarily.

Bedroom light didnt work but manager sorted - well done getting sparkie out on Fri night of long weekend and fixed it TV wouldnt connect - mgr fixed Bathroom door had hole in it Sliding flyscreen didnt lock Sliding door had bolt but no hole to go into

little choice of accommodation in Geraldton on a long weekend, and nothing further on at Dongara or Pt Denison or Northampton so this was the only option
