It was only one night so just grab a feed, sleep and go.

Didn't have breakfast, the room was clean and tidy one of the chair legs was falling out but no problem, given the weather (winter) the room was warm. Good location on the junction of the highway to the north or south so just get in the car and go without looking for the highway.

My only complaints were that there wasn't a face washer to use, and that the room didn't have a USB port to charge my phone. I had to go to Woolworths to be a power point charging adaptor

I thought the room size was good, the bed was good size and very comfortable. The reception was good, and efficient. And I thought it was great the the motel managers son wanted to be helpful as well.

I paid $180 for a 100 dollar a night room as I was travelling with a pet. The extra 80 is I imagine used to clean the room…? I was disappointed as soon as I entered the reserved room. It’s a cold brick building the room is ugly with freezing tiles. The kitchen is cheaply done. The tea cups were stained. The air conditioner was noisey and not in great working condition. Too tried to move or complain I just made do as it was only one night. In the middle of the night I got up to drink a glass of water. There were cockroaches in the kitchen on and in the sink. If I could have I would have left immediately. Departed by dawn. All I can say is don’t rip off travellers with pets! Clean your rooms and do something about the kitchen. Yuk.

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. It had a dining table and small table near the bed which I love. Bathroom was perfect and the manager was courteous and so helpful.

it was very unclean, toothpaste residue left on the bathroom vanity, shower screen very unclean with soap scum, mould in the corner of the shower, back of toilet very dirty and unhygienic, iron with no ironing board, condiments were old and not usable. bed very uncomfortable. people arguing at 6 am calling each other “c words” and other foul language we had booked for 2 nights left after the first to find a much better property

I was provided with a room which had a terrible odour that smelt like blocked drains. I complained to the owner about the smell and was transferred to another room. The second room had not been cleaned properly from the previous guest. There was rubbish in the bins, dirty cups, used towels and the shower was dirty. I even discovered the bed linen had hair on it from previous guest. I contacted the owner again only to be told he had changed my room once and there was nothing more he would do. He did provide me with a clean cup and he did remove the garbage, however the room was still left unclean. The following morning there was no hot water for the shower. I would not recommend this motel.

Once I checked in I realised that the room allocated was filthy dribble marks and make-up on pillows hair in beds food splatter on tiles in kitche area sticky stuff in the fridge house keeper was sent back in in which comments were made that if I wanted clean I should of went elsewhere while she was swearing because she was gotten out of bed as she was changing the pillow cases I noticed pillows were heavily stained yellow sweat stains skid marks in the toilet I decieded at 6pm to find somewhere else last minute for myself and 2 children as hygiene and health and safety was a massive concern very lucky to find somewhere as athletics regional carnival on everywhere mostly sold out I was refunded it took 7days to clear leaving me short money I will never stay here again nor would I recommend it I booked this place based on reviews and cant believe how wrong they were the manager did show me another room but was no better bed wise although it was missed the skid marks in the toilet

Checked in at reception, room was still being cleaned. That was ok as we were a little early. Booked for 4 adults, looked in and 1 large double bed, 1 single bed and a fold out bed. That was ok. Returned after our night out at 11.30pm and only 3 beds🤬 No one to call so we had 4 adults and 3 beds, our 6ft 6 adult son had to sleep on the floor. For $372 for the night disgusting...

I booked for a work colleague. He was given the wrong room and it was very unclean. I called to request the room that I had booked with a kitchen and told them the room my college was in was very unclean. They agreed to move him to the correct room however never refunded the difference in price. They said the room was unclean as they were very busy ? Certainly will never use this property again. Would appreciate the refund of the difference and some appeasement for the inconvenience and discomfort.
