More upkeep on cabins. We had a cnr cupboard that had to be lifted up when closing, The toilet paper holder was falling apart and the balcony supports were loose. I suffer with balance problems and need to hold on while going up or down stairs so posts need to be supported. 2 of these problems were only minor but the last one was unsettling to me but would probably be ok for others.

Close to supermarkets, Fuel, etc. The staff were helpful and friendly. The place was quiet even though the 2 roads were busy.

We had to sweep the floors as soon as we walked in Sand and rubbish under sofa, TV did not work properly remote did not work. Pool area was dirty I know it’s only $200 a night but expected a little better We won’t stay again

The room was not the cottages shown in the photos, I had to go and get a shower curtain. The shower has mold in the bottom of it. The hot tap was on the wrong side. The couch was filthy with stains.

- our cabin was so hot and air conditioner didn’t work well - our cabin was dirty and huge stains all over the carpets - pool was chain locked at 5pm when it was 40+ degrees and we were needed to cool our son down between games - the park is very untidy and rundown - 2 days we had issues with NO water and 1 of those days we needed a shower to go out for a team dinner and we had to stay in a sports clothes - management was rude - NOT worth the money we paid

When I arrive Air Con was on but all windows open in guessing it may have not smelt nice one window had no screen and flies had come in It wasn't clean and had. No smells of cleaning done Dust and socks under bed and clothes left in draw no spare toilet roll over Priced for what you get comparing it with plush hotel rooms in the city horrid dark curtains and dark old lounge not in good condition and dark bed cover. When I stripped the bed sheet off big lump of dust under it where I had been sleeping no wonder i felt itchy dusty under TV counter. if they want there guests to clean say so and provide detol cleaners mops and lower charges considerably Didn't like their cancellation policy take and no give 2nd time I have stayed there out of desperality

Unit was outdated it was tidy however cleanliness can definitely be improved, no smoke detector on roof and seemed quite run down. Room was so small that you cannot get a broom under bed any type of wind had dust bunnies rubbish coming out from under it, windows dirty, a good spring clean would do the trick.

The whole unit was not cleaned properly. Poor ventilation in the second bedroom is extremely little space throughout the unit. Air-con not cooling efficiently,bathroom door not closing properly, no privacy. It was not a pleasant experience ,advise to visit the site before booking.

The playground was not maintained and had lots of broken equipment. We had two cabins one had no toilet paper on arrival and the other the oven didn’t work.

Door locked while my 23 month old was in the bathroom the front door lock was hit n miss tile in the bathroom was broken and cut my foot, carpets were stained.

Set up, when my 23 month old was locked in the bathroom as the door locked itself they were quick to come and help.

“superior” is not a word that should be used for these chalets. They may have been in their heyday 40 yrs or so ago but haven’t been upgraded since then.Advertised as having a fully functioning kitchen but this included tiny microwave and bench cooktop only. It was one step above camping! The grounds could be a leafy oasis but is overgrown, unkempt and unloved. The pool was the only bright spot in the grounds. The whole park needs some attention

Over all not well maintained, buildings and facilities were shabby .

It was quiet. The sheets were clean, the bed was comfortable. We were warm enough. The repairs we requested eg the dripping shower were done. We felt safe.

Need to try harder catering for younger guests like children. There was no suitable playground area for the kids to play. Mattresses on bunkbeds were thin and uncomfortable. There are not enough towels for the number of people in cabin. The table outside was broken.

Suite was good value for money, heaps of room for us and our 2 year old. Was clean and had everything we needed/expected for a caravan park. Would happily stay again!
