No real internet which makes any work related things hard, you are committed to your cell phone. Maintenance and up keep needs some work, its like the company does the bare minimum to keep the place functioning but it is manageable. Cleaning crew are super nice, if you have a problem and call the number on a Sunday with a problem like we did, no response, you have to go to the office on the Monday, very limited follow up.

This location is stellar if you like fishing, walking and waking up to the water view with a cup of coffee. Our second time here and it doesn't disappoint if you like these things. So many things to do in and around Albany all with a 100 km radius. Day trips aplenty to the ranges or Denmark, it doesn't disappoint but remember it wouldn't be Albany without a day or two or rain. The chalet allows you to be self sufficient and the flat grill outside is perfect for all kinds of cooking. A most enjoyable time.

No oven in cabin which was quite strange as there were ovens in all of the other cabins where our other family members were staying - luckily as we had to borrow theirs. Shower water went everywhere and very hard to dry the floor mat with the cool weather. Quite expensive accomodation for a caravan park.

Great location and views of the water from the cabin balcony. Nice, spacious cabin. Friendly staff. Tidy and well kept caravan park. Lots of beautiful locations close by.

We had to move from Unit 1 to unit 10 . No 1 was depressing . The bathroom old and the grout dirty . We had to buy bleach to feel safe using the shower . The 2 nd bedroom bunks were wooden and not much room . Very claustrophobic. The unit had not been dusted and needed a good scrub . The hedge outside hid the lovely view of the ocean . and the wooden seat outside needed a good paint . The BBQ was yukky .

The 2nd unit was lovely . Great view , and clean . My husband fixed the running toilet but overall . Great stay . The staff were very helpful moving us to a better unit . We had a lovely week there .

The glass sliding door of our cabin was very very hard to open and close and the shower for some reason sprayed out all over the bathroom floor and leaked all around the toilet ect.

Chalet is tired and needs updating. Customers also need to be in the chalets at the front with the lovely views. We were back from the front so not as good. No longer value for money.

We enjoy the location is Emu point but was unable to get a front chalet which makes a huge difference to the enjoyment of the holiday. Near ye beaches great.

The fishing was a bust. The worst thing is absolutely no wifi. Forget net4 it does not work and who pays for wifi on holiday. Nearly all other holiday resorts I’ve been to has free wifi that works. Please fix.

Have been here a few times before, love the location. Very quiet and relaxing location right on the seafront. You can walk across the road and drop a line in the ocean to fish.

Poor cleaning. Clearly no one moves or checks under beds. Piles of dust, a baby bottle with milk residue etc. marks, splashes and dust all over doors, cabinets, walls. Grease splattered on wall around stove. I ended up getting the cloth and dish liquid and cleaning all the walls, window sills, doors, cabinet fronts.

Little things need fixing. Broken power point which was permanently on. Cracked light switches. Unfinished paint work

Location, Location. Beach front. Nice view. Bed was comfortable. Decent size spa.

Games room & laundry seemed out of order- perhaps being renovated over Winter? Not a big deal as there is a laundromat in town.

Location location location! Ocean views. Short walk to cafe. Self contained chalet. :)
