Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomParking is the only thing a bit annoying: there is a free parking on the street but for 1 or 2 hours only, which it means that if you wanna walk and leave the car, you’re kind of stuck with these restrictions.
Good walking distance from the center. Fair price for what it offers. No breakfast included but there are some biscuits, coffee and tea. Complimentary soap provided too.

AustraliaNowhere is it mentioned that this is an upstairs only hotel and there’s no lift so climbing up stairs with luggage when you have difficulty using stairs was not a pleasant experience. Also the mention of parking to unload or load is not exactly available when it is just regular street parking. We had to do several laps of the city block before we could get a park that was over 100m away and walk back. Clearer information would be a benefit to all guests and this has certainly put me off staying here in the future.

MalaysiaIf I need a hotel in going to try and avoid self check-in places. Sometimes they're more trouble than having a reception to help you with check-in. The check-in time was 2pm but they don't allow people to wait in the common area and we had to wait outside until check-in time.
