Beds, pillows and couches need to be updated, very old and uncomfortable, sunk in one side and lumpy the other side. There is no proper blankets, only the synthetic one which made us all have allergies all night. Hand towel is dirty when we checked in. Would be nice have a tissue box in the apartment.

Great location close to tram station and everywhere you want to go in Gold Coast. spacious apartment with amazing ocean view. Nice atmosphere, very friendly and helpful reception staff. Fully contained kitchen is convenient if want to make own meal.

The highway on the western side was pretty noisy, night and day. I thought the shampoo and conditioner and 1 type of tea were poor quality and a bit mean. Some moisturiser and a variety of teas would be an improvement. Also, we didn’t feel it necessary to charge extra for additional towels to use at the facility’s pool.

Location and views were great. The size of the apartment and layout was great for a family if 4. The heated pool and spa were nice.

Some details around the edges of the ceiling, skirting boards in some places really scuffed and worn.

$200 security a bit rich and should be advertised on this site, not on arrival, particularly having paid the full amount in advance & then waiting 7 days after departure to get your funds back. Big Turn off.

Location is excellent. It close to everything, all in walk distance. The view from balcony was beautiful as we chose the sea view apartment. The staffs were helpful and friendly. We arrived early and they kept our luggages. Then the staffs worked so hard that allowed us to check in early. Really appreciated it.

I didn't like hitting the post under the car. Why would you have such a high post under there? I'm still nervous that the bottom of the car will drop off. A warning would be good. The toilet in the main bathroom doesn't flush very well either.

Small doorway to enter. The ensuite shower had a high pitch sound when hot water was turned on, one of the sliding doors was out of order. The gym bike pedal broken. The many texts about leaving before 10am I get that is important but it git ridiculous even after we left at 0830am. The washing machine lid unable to fully open due to it hits the dryer.

Location, parking, big apartment for all of us. Heated pool and spa. We'll equipped kitchen comfy couch and plenty of bathrooms. We'll equipped apartment Washer dryer. Roomy apartment with fans and aircon

A few wear & tear issues & cleanliness wasn’t great. A few light bulbs were out in our apartment. Sticky surfaces - coffee table, inside cupboards. Old food scraps found in one of the bedroom drawers. Food crumbs and dirt on the lounge chairs. Tap fitting in the bathroom hanging off the wall, broken.

We were suppose to be in a superior 2 bed apartment thinking we were high up in the booking we made but were only on 6 th floor not the view we thought we were getting , but staff and hotel very good

The place is a bit older and worn down but still nice. The lady at reception also had no sympathy when the fire alarms went off twice in the middle of the night meaning we had to leave our rooms as wasn’t sure what was going on.

Beyond the owners control but even being on the 12 floor, you could still hear all the street yelling.

Great 2 bed, 2 bath. very clean self contained unit. great location. Not far from city centre. Convenience Store and restaurants around. I would book again

Apartment was not cleaned. We came across cigarette butts hidden under the main bedroom side table in a holder and side tables had crusted rings from a coffee mug or something
