The cottage was very cosy with the most amazing bathroom which looks out onto the beautiful garden. At night it was so quiet and tranquil. We loved sitting outside watching the kookaburras and kangaroos.

Peaceful haven with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The deck looks out to a private vista, and the outdoor spa is a luxurious addition. Agnes, our host, was very hospitable. Would definitely return.

The natural surrounds of the cottage were beautiful. The cottage itself was also beautiful and comfortable, very clean and had everything we needed. The host was so kind and thoughtful.

Beautiful location and facilities, quietness and feeling of solitude, the wildlife visible from our deck, and also the arrival champagne and nibbles was a nice touch. Agnes our host was very friendly and welcoming.

Great little cottage in a fantastic location, loved watching the wallabies and numerous birds in the garden. Agnes was very attentive and we loved the wine, snacks and breakfast food she left. The beautiful Dorrigo Park was a short drive away. Would definitely recommend.

Generous breakfast hamper supply for the first day of your stay. Fabulous peaceful location yet accessible to Bellingen and Waterfall Way. We really loved the outdoor spa bath!

As I am elderly I was a little nervous in the bathroom as there was no handle or bar to hold on to in the shower. But this was only because of my age. Anyone else would not have had a problem.

Breakfast and welcome drink and snacks. The layout was very elegant. The scenery and wildlife were a huge bonus.

Be aware that cell phone coverage is a challenge. I could order out pizza by standing in the driveway. Internet was fine. For those of us with multiple electronic devices, it would be nice to have a power strip, given the limited number of direct outlets.

Beautiful cabin - remote enough to rejuvenate, but close enough to get quality pizza delivered to our door! Woke up to wallabies boxing in the yard and a red parrot watching us eat breakfast. Nicely sized rooms with good air conditioning. The breakfast hamper of eggs, bacon, juice, bread for toast allowed me to make hot, fresh breakfast each morning of our stay. On site DVDs were fun, and Netflix satisfied the need to 'veg out' after a long day. The night sky is amazing.

It was easy to love everything about the property! It is in a beautiful position, it is quiet and private and peaceful, it is stylish and comfortable. It has points of difference- like the outside spa bath and the full length window in the bathroom. It is a quirky, interesting and unique place to stay. The breakfast and provisions provided were very thoughtful and most welcome. Agnes was the best host I think we have come across in our travels! Afterglow Cottages is highly recommended!

The cabin was very spacious and the kitchen was well appointed with utensils etc. There was an excellent view of the paddock and creek flowing through the property. We enjoyed seeing the wallabies and birdlife . Having a spa bath on the deck under the stars was awesome.

There was no bench for you to put your toiletries/makeup in the bathroom. I had to put my things on the floor. The shower water came right across the bathroom floor. Little bit annoying Breakfast was included but not topped up for us. Limited kitchen supplies No information in regards to getting on the Wi-Fi

The accommodation was perfect. Nestled into a lovely area of green grass, shrubs and trees. Fantastic bathroom and open air spa. Very quite except for the surrounding bush wildlife. Several items supplied by the host for breakfast. Comfy bed. A short 3-4 min drive the heart of Bellingen.

Absolutely lovely set up home away from home lots of nature to be seen visit from wallabies and bird life love the spa and open shower was definitely a experience to have host was very humble and set us up with everything we needed to make a stay just a little bit better will love to return
