Australia1 review“I would definitely consider staying again hopefully for a longer period than my previous.”Unfortunately the property could have been a little cleaner, a few roaches around property and splatters on bathroom mirror.....a quick clean over BEFORE we arrived at the property would have sufficed for the amount of money paid for the stay, BUT in saying that before check in we were offered professional cleaners to come if we had noticed any visible cleaning needs. We just picked up the few roaches and cleaned the mirror with antibacterial wipes nothing too difficult, preferred to do that than have the stay interrupted with cleaners coming in. As we were only there a short 3 days. Let this little hiccup not deter you from the property as I'm sure the hosts in future will be mindful to do a quick check over prior to any guest checking in. Despite these small findings the property is well kept. A quick clean before arrival would have made all the difference and alot more satisfying.
Instructions were very clear in locating keys, photos provided for step by step instructions. Communication with host was very responsive and prompt which was very necessary when we mistakenly went to the wrong address for key collection. (Entirely our mistake) Upon realising our error we were so thankful for hosts quick response to assist us. The host is very professional, polite and lovely to interact with. Overall property is wonderful, fantastic views!

Australia3 reviewsExceptionalIt's just a little bit far from the city, but was very close to the Ferry station, bus stop, and train station. I personally would prefer a location close to the city to cut down the commute time.
The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Got good views of the river.

Australia8 reviews“Lovely apartment and beautiful location.”The fact that there was only one key to the apartment. As we were a group we constantly had to work out who was going where and who would be back first etc and then that person was responsible for letting everyone else in even in the middle of the night. The complex was also u der going renovation work which we weren’t told about when we booked and there was alot of noise at various time during the day.
I loved the location and size of the apartment it was perfect for our group

Australia7 reviews“Spacious apartment with fair price.”The maintenance of the apartment was done in poor condition. For example, the toilet paper holder was broken but wrapped with some white tape so it wouldn't fall; we had to give the showerhead a thorough clean before use because of the dried soap left from the last guest; one of the side tables had a black patch on it that was so sticky, etc. Unfortunately, we didn't rest well during the stay because of the mattresses - the quality of the mattresses were very poor. Also, the building was constantly in maintenance - drilling sound from the rooftop since 6am and most of the time we couldn't access to the lift from the garage.
