Almost nothing I could only complain that the bed was not my type too bouncy. Breakfast is included but not much what you expected. In the city there are so many houses up on hills so be careful where you are booking if you don’t have car. This house is fairly on a short hill it worth that much of effort to get that lovely view every morning

Mick and the team here were really helpful and friendly. Happy to help arrange things/ give transport advice both before and during my stay. The guest house was incredibly clean and just a short walk to the centre of town.

Consider taking a cab when arriving with big suitcases, it’s a little uphill.

This was the best accommodation we have stayed in so far in Australia! Mick the owner is very friendly and has breakfast out by 6:30, for people who like to get up early. The entire home is newly remodeled and stunning, plenty of space, good shelving and storage within the room, large bathroom, beautiful grounds, and with an amazing wrap around deck with views of the marina. Sliding glass doors throughout the home allow great air flow so even on hot days it's a very comfortable place. Would absolutely stay here again!

Honestly nothing to complain about!

The guest house is located on a quiet road but within a few minutes walk of the centre of Airlie. The views are great, the atmosphere is homely and relaxed and the team are fantastic. Beautifully kept rooms and shared spaces, would definitely go back.

The guesthouse is not located right next to the beach (but not far away, about 5 min walk).

Mick (the owner) is very kind and friendly. He made a lot of instructions on the activities and gave many advices according to my situation. The room is clean and cozy, with private bathroom. There is a kitchen where everyone can use.

Everything! Upon arriving Mick was there to welcome us! We had to stop to admire the amazing view from the balcony before entering our beautiful accommodations. The house is decorated perfectly! The breakfasts of fresh fruit, toast and muffins was there to greet us each morning! Mick and Meghan were gracious hosts!

Perfect! My fiancée and I stayed at Airlie beach guest house in August. We were pleasantly surprised with nice weather! This made our already beautiful stay even more enjoyable. The host Mick was lovely. Made us feel at home and genuinely seemed interested in our experiences travelling. Breakfast provided every morning was lovely. Mick was also able to recommend some brilliant trips and local restaurants, and book and sort these for us before arrival. The room was spotless and really modern. We were allowed to check in early and even offered breakfast on the day of our arrival. Would highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Airlie Beach. Very relaxing environment, and genuinely the most thoughtful and kind hosts.

The location is awesome. It is close to the Main Street and very convenient to the coral marina and port of airlie. The house is so clean, quiet, and comfortable. Definitely want to come back again. Mick and Megan are so friendly. They helped us book the shuttle bus from airport to the house. Everything went so well!

Mick - the Host - was a lovely Soul and was kind enough to pick us up from the greyhound terminal! We had a 13 hour drive by bus so this was really live saving! He gave us great information about Airlie beach and all the attractions one could do- the guest house itself has a great view overlooking the bay of airlie beach and only a 5 minute walk down to the main area of airlie beach and all the restaurants - having beautiful wild life directly in front of you! Our room was very clean and everyone had their own private area where you could chill. The house provides 2 kitchens with a breakfast included and enough space to have a private meal or to cook. Throughout our whole 5 weeks in Australia this accommodation was by far the best organized and the most special!We really enjoyed it here. And again thank you Mick for having us! We would come back many times if it wasn’t that far away!

Everything about Airlie Guest House was wonderful. We stayed 5 nights and were completely comfortable and enjoyed it all. Around the property, there were lots of beautiful spots to eat breakfast, read a book, or take in the scenery. We loved the views from the balcony out to the ocean. Staying here instantly relaxed us into the tropical holiday vibe.

The Airlee Guest House totally exceeded our expectations. The location is great - quiet location just a short walk to great restaurants, the beach, and the lagoon - but far enough away from the bustle and noise of the main business district. The house is beautiful. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. The common areas are super comfortable. The views from the outdoor deck are unbelievable. Wonderful breakfast.

This Guest House is absolutely beautiful, spectacular view across the bay, lots of outdoor seating to relax and enjoy this. Our host was so welcoming and helpful. Arranged a boat tour for us. The Guest house has a fully equipped kitchen and well stocked with breakfast food for the guests. Guests can use the kitchen to cook their own meals and a fridge is provided to store Guests food. There is a short walk down to the main street. One gets to hear the Australian bush birds as one is having their morning coffee. Just the most amazing Guest House.

This place was perfect. There was nothing we didn’t like.

We booked this place at the last minute and was super grateful this was available as most places were booked out due to the Reef Festival. We’re typically reluctant to book in places that are NOT hotels but this place exceeded our expectations. Super clean facilities - the small details matter like having velvet hangers, makeup remover wipes, dispensers for the soap, shampoo, and conditioner for minimal waste. Smart tv, quick internet connection, egg chair in your private balcony, even the common areas are very well maintained. I love how the balcony overlooks the sea and you get a beautiful view of the area with lots of natural sunlight. The place is stunning in all aspects and we look forward to staying again when we visit Airlie Beach soon!
