Quite a walk to the room from reception and the neighborhood didn’t feel the safest at night but was ok.

Shuttle bus picked us up within five minutes of phoning. We were in a comfortable bed shortly after landing at the airport. Staff very efficient.and pleasant. Really nice breakfast buffet. Motel is in a lovely quiet area. Can highly recommend!

The shuttle was good, we rang the hotel and Ghandi came and picked us up. We went back to the airport with him. He was great. Great service from the ladies in the restaurant.

There was no plates or cutlery in the room which was a bit disappointing. The screen is fixed so it can't be rotated towards the bed. We were woken up regularly until about 11:30pm by new arrivals crashing around and laughing loudly.

Very convenient location and room was comfy. Plenty of parking onsite not too far from room. Buffet breakfast was great.

Really the biggest problem was that the spa wasn’t working. It would bubble for about three minutes and not heat and then it wouldn’t come on again.

I have to say the staff made this stay incredibly wonderful. There were some things not functional at the resort like the hot tub and unfortunately, it was holiday weekend so the breakfast and dinner locations were limited in their hours. The rooms were really clean! The other facilities were wonderful, and the staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. I especially enjoyed the ride to the airport provided by the very, very kind driver who wouldn’t even accept a tip that we tried. I highly recommend this property.

The breakfast time ends pretty early, so if you're jet-lagged it's a little complicated to have it.

Very good position if you have to reach the airport very quickly. The room was quite big and very clean. The breakfast was good, the staff nice.

It was too cold to swim, and pool looked abit grubby.

Shuttle to airport. Also the best lighting in any hotel I have stayed at. Impressed with bathroom and over full length mirror. Lovely quality towels and sheets Meal was great I had paella.

There were nothing nearby the hotel but we knew and it's ok for us.

For us, it is just a stop over for the night after arriving from Singapore and en route to Hobart very early the next morning. The free shuttle service is very convenient and the restaurant, though basic, saves the day.

Nothing that we can think of apart from alcohol not being served on our last night and that didn't really matter and I'm sure it was only a very temporary hitch,

The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful - they couldn't do enough for you and bent over backwards to help solve any problems - this was including the manager. The room was perfectly adequate and always clean. The food in the restaurant was fine -again lovely staff. The only slight disappointment was that on our last evening there couldn't be any alcohol served! The position of the hotel, although a shout distance from the airport was in a quiet location and the shuttle buses seemed to on demand. Having just picked a hotel from lots of others we were delighted that we picked Best Western - it couldn't be faulted.

The breakfast was decent. About what was expected. I was stunned and pleasantly surprised by the dinner the night before. Normally, I don't have dinner at the hotel I'm staying since I'm gonna have breakfast there and want to try somewhere else. Given the location of the hotel, there wasn't any dinner options close and it was raining. So, as a last resort, decided to have dinner at the hotel. The meal was outstanding. This was the last night of a 3 month stay in Melbourne. Had many great meals over that time period (Melbourne has many top notch restaurants), but this meal was the best I had during my stay. Never expected that at a Best Western restaurant. Major kudos to the chef. Best Western better take care of him because he can upgrade any restaurant in the city.
