Unfortunately even though we booked outside of school holidays, there were a number of children and young families in residence who were quite noisy when using the swimming pool. There are numerous swimming pool signs with rules and regulations but no staff to police them. That spoiled the use of the verandah for us together with the guest in the room below us who insisted on smoking on his verandah even though the resort is meant to be smoke free. The bed is quite soft which i did not like and there is no cooktop as stated in the room facilities but there was a large electric frypan that was quite adequate for our needs.

The apartment is not large but is comfortable. The bathroom has been beautifully renovated. Love the black and white tiling, large shower recess and spacious drawers. The view over the swimming pool is gorgeous and you can even see the surfers and ships out on the ocean. The location is perfect and we enjoyed the coastal walks into mooloolaba and maroochydore.

I loved the studio apartment. Was just a little bigger than I was expecting and the addition of the two seater lounge was brilliant! Well worth a stay in this fabulous apartment.

Perfect location, opposite the beach so 2 minutes from a swim in the waves at a patrolled beach, but 1 minute from a lovely relaxing and cooling lagoon pool, so could go in multiple times a day. Was too hot for the spa pool when I stayed, but would be great at some times of year. Lovely relaxing verandah table with views, nice to eat or read out there but could retreat inside to the sofa and air con if needed. Great facilities, washing machine, drying rack, [even a clothes dryer, though it wasnt needed]. Everything you needed for making a meal, so didn't always need to eat out. Nice extra little touches in the kitchen like some cooking oil, and fresh pepper grinder - thanks :-)

Would be more useful to have a small indoor table and chairs rather than a lounge as it was too hot to sit outside especially as the a/c fan is on the balcony.

Loved everything about staying in this studio. Very clean, super comfortable bed and pillows and fresh stylish bedding. Wonderful new rain shower and kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals etc. Views over pool great with a smaller view of ocean. You can't bet the location of this resort and 445 unit is at the best end, closet to surf club - just across the road.

The only down side is that the light blocking curtains were to small for the window by a good 20cm. The room was quiet light all night. This effected my ability to sleep.

The property is in a great location, the facilities were superb (this is the third time we have stayed in this resort). The hostess made the accomodation very homey and comfortable. would definitely stay again.

We liked the spa, nice and relaxing. Very family orientated, good for young families but parents need to supervise small kids around the pool area. There's a playground, 3 pools with different temperatures, bbq area and restaurant opened for breakfast. Our apartment had everything we needed, it was on the top floor and accessible by lift. There were a few extra things in the cupboard like cooking oil, a variety of teas and laundry detergent etc. Very nice apartment. Had an old bathroom and kitchen but it was clean and everything was there that we needed...they even left a big bottle of body wash (not those tiny bottles you see in big resorts).

I was texted that our room was ready even though we hadn't started our journey. I was texted AND emailed where to pick up the keycards, the code number to the letter box, where to park and where we could find the lift to take our bags up to our room.
