The bathroom didnt have an exhaust fan which kept the bathrooms always wet.

Hot water only lasted for about 3 minutes while trying to shower. Bed was a little bit small, would have been perfect if it was a queen or king sized. Obtaining the keys and also dropping them off was a little bit tedious.

Gorgeous, spacious apartment with lovely views of the sea. TV and wifi were excellent, and the couch was large and comfortable. Close to heaps of shops and restaurants and only a short walk to the beach nearby.

During the whole night, there was the beeping sound of a smoke alarm battery needing to be replaced. It sounded to be in the laundry though we couldn’t find the source. We put a towel at the base of the door which helped a little. One of the three of us slept on the lounge for some of the night to get away from the noise ..

Little warm in rooms (ac in living area only) not too bad, fan wasn’t working at first but turned out remotes were swapped around.

We couldn’t get The fan in the main room to work. Wasn’t an issue for us a we had the Ac on but thought I’d leave a note for you to check it out. We may have not been pressing the right button.

We turned up late, the owner sent us the lock bock codes to get keys to get in. Super simple process.

This comment is not property related, we had no issue at all with the property but on the final three days we had guests above that had a child running from the front to back of the apartment from 5:30am to 10:30pm each day. We could hear every thudding footstep. It woke us each morning and it was the last thing we heard at night.

Extremely well maintained. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location and the secure parking was icing by on the cake.

We had to arrive early to go to a funeral and we found the staff had cleaned the appartment very early for us it was so appreciated. I would definitely stay there again

The process to leave was a bit crazy. I think better to park outside and return the key by going down the stairs - rather than opening the garage then scrambling to return the key in the lockbox.

From the outside, the place does not look impressive at all. But the inside of the apartment was gorgeous, obviously had been renovated. Very spacious and loved having the ocean air and breeze. Amazing location.

Frustrating not having two sets of keys Front door is getting a little difficult to unlock-clue is to lift the knob up a little and then turn the key.

Belinda was a great host! The apartment was clean and tidy and the location was perfect - not too far out of Mooloolaba and across the road from the beach. Belinda also let us have a late check out, which was amazing and kind of her to offer.

Maybe needs curtains/blinds on the main lounge windows.

Great location. Big spacious apartment. Quiet at night. Short stroll to Mooloolaba for coffee and lunch. Right opposite the beach so you can watch the whales from the balcony - take your binoculars in whale season! Swimming pool was fabulous and the general areas are well maintained by friendly staff who say hello and are up for a chat.

The "heated pool" was only slightly heated, still too cold for my comfort. The "games" room is only a table tennis, where you have to buy yr own balls.

it was clean, modern, very neat and upmarket. value for money. Great location. Neat little place, would visit again.
