How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The walls and furniture and cupboards were very dusty. Needs a really good dusting. The hot water didn’t work in the morning, the couch needs a good vacuum. It would be ideal to hang the tv on the wall so you can put the couch that is tucked under the stairs in the lounge area, all 5 of us couldn’t sit in the lounge.
Fantastic location, great space overall, staff were very polite and kind.

I had stayed here about 10 years ago and the same furniture was still there. The exhaust fan downstairs is extremely noisy. The toilets are so old that buttons have green around them. For a longer stay there would need to be more kitchen bowls and utensils to make it suitable. I also almost tripped on yellow strip on bottom step but do understand why it is there.
Roomy and all weeededfor a short stay. Staff friendly

The lounge was not very comfortable and too small for a family of 4.

Although clean, there were a lot of damages to the property inside. Quilt covers would be nice on the beds. Trying to use the sheets to cover the quilt just ended up in a big ball by the end of the night. $195 a night is pretty expensive considering I could pay that to stay in a nice beach front appartment on the coast, although, in comparison to nearby motel prices, I'd much prefer too stay in the apartment.
Friendly staff, quiet place, good size appartment, central location and the place had everything you needed although a portable clothes line would have come in handy.

Very small TV and not so comfortable lounge to relax.

Exposed light in bathroom, broken lamp in main bedroom. No lamps available in other bedrooms.
Close to main township. Loved how spacious it was and good fit for larger families.

The carport was a little small for our vehicle, butt we were driving a larger 4wd, so most carports are a tight fit, and I don't expect them to be any bigger for the size of the property. They did however have alternative parking on site, so that made up for the tight fit. I did manage to get the ute into the carport, so it was all ok.
The apartment was clean, tidy and very well presented. The bedrooms were of a good size and the apartment had everything we needed for our stay. The location was great for us too. Everywhere we needed to be was only a short distance away. Peta was excellent when she called to explain the check in and check out procedure, and I was impressed by her manner. We will definitely stay here again on our next stay to Bundaberg.

Over all the apartment was very good ,Having a carport with a roller door was great didn`t have to unpack the ute . There is plenty of crockery and cutlery and kitchen ware . The beds were comfy and aircon in every room, Very happy with this unit.

Cobwebs in lounge. There were no window coverings in a couple of rooms, which made it very hot. Vertical blinds in all bedrooms had missing blades. It was letting so much light in that it was difficult to sleep. The units are set out well. they just need a bit of painting. The outdoor area was a great size but super hot and no shade. Probably great in winter but it would be nice to sit outside in the summer months.
Good sized rooms and very comfy beds. Full size fridge and great to be able to park undercover
