Parking can be tricky however the 3-4 basement parking options helped a lot. I missed this bonus on the booking sight. Need to advertise this more because driving down the street can look like no parking options available close by.

7 girls/ladies never had a problem with bathrooms, mirrors etc. great location, walking distance to everything.

The size and openness of the property were amazing. The property cleanliness, comfort and amenities were higher than expected. The pockets of outdoor space allowed for everyone to have space and do their own thing. The proximity to the beach was closer than expected.

Outdoor roof top area just isn't usable. Which is a shame because we looked forward to having BBQs out there but didn't realise it was no where near the kitchen.

The location is perfect. Walked 100m each morning for a surf. Walking distance into Mooloolaba for dinner and drinks so don’t have to take the car. Fantastic parking for 2 cars in the basement and room to securely store our surfboards. The house is amazing. Spacious and comfortable for 4 adults and 3 kids. Lots of thoughtful extras like coffee capsules for the machine, beach towels, washing powder for the machine. Lots of ice from the auto maker on the fridge for our cocktails and slushies for the kids!

There was ants in the kettle sadly and that got into our food on the bench. The place was roughly cleaned but still clean enough.

The town house was plenty big enough for the 2 family's (8ppl). There was 4 toilets which was excellent. The kids loved the multiple levels and stairs. Lots of space and off the secure parking.

Initially check in was supposed to be 12pm. Then 13pm then 14pm. One of the cleaners was very rude, when we tried to check in, telling us to come back later as they were not finished. We have a disabled child so really not happy having to wait on them. Also on our family day the cleaner walked in the house at 1010am and asked when were we leaving because she had someone else coming later that day. Check out was 11am . We left at 1015. Where told by a trades man doing the pool tiles that we would not be able to use the pool on our stay. Very noisy took a video because it was so bad. happy to send in if you wish. note, contacted Scott and he did take care of this situation and we were able to use the pool

The owner Scott,was brilliant and contacted me a few times to make sure everything was ok, I really did appreciate that. The house was lovely and the location marvellous. The roof top was the cherry on top.

House was dusty, bedsheets were musty, some towels seemed unwashed. Not enough basic supplies of paper towel, dishwasher tablets, paper towel and tea towels. one of the tea towels was polyester so useless and risky to use on hot things in the kitchen. one of the bunk bed ladders was partially detached from the top bunk, presenting a safety hazard, and a kids bed was made up with a doona cover with no doona. house was advertised with a baby gate for the stairs, but the single provided panel was completely ineffective. A quick check from the owner would have picked this up. The dishwasher didn’t clean properly, so dishes in the cupboard were dirty and needed to be rewashed. the oven was dirty and struggled to get hot.

Well designed and laid-out house in a convenient location.
