The shower water went everywhere in the bathroom as the floor is flat and there is no screen. It was very noisy the first night with doors upstairs banging and loud music playing though to be fair, this was not the fault of management.

Being able to park at the door to my room was appreciated as were the security gates that were kept closed at night. The room was compact and clean though I found some frozen chicken pieces in the freezer compartment of the fridge. The bed was comfortable enough and the air conditioner and fan were great. The courtyard area outside was a bonus for my two small dogs. This property is one of the few in Alice Springs that allow pets to stay.

But when I checked my bank account, I saw Alice on todd took a lot more money than I thought it would be, without talking prices with me. Probably coz we had a pet friendly apartment, but its wasnt discussed with me how much they would charge.

Unit had not been vacuumed. There was a sock on the carpet (nearly the same colour so not noticeable at a glance, but a vacuum couldn't have missed it.) There was a pair of scissors and a pen under the furniture and a power adaptor in the couch.

Some more maintenance needed, eg shower head was loose and did not stay up. Very steep stairs to apartment which were difficult to negotiate with a case. Housekeeping absent throughout our stay although we were staying for a week.

Steep staircase was a challenge for older people; apartment was extremely cold when we arrived (location having a cold snap) and took a couple of days to warm up to a reasonable temperature for comfort.

Could have been a little cleaner especially the shower. Other than the owners who were lovely, young lady at the front desk is not very friendly.

Water pressure was difficult to shower. Taps felt like the would break if you turned them to adjust hot/cold. Swimming pool had foundation issues and didn’t make me feel confident to use it.

You need to be aware most units are up stairs, about 15 of them, which are a little bit steep.

Booked a 2 bedroom apartment and it was very spacious. Great to have a washing machine and powder for one wash was also provided.

For an otherwise excellent and well equipped apartment, the rain shower is the main set back as it is impossible to control the water temperature. I would have given this apartment a top 10 rating all round if not for this issue. A relatively lesser issue is the difficulty of opening the downstairs door lock, These two issues need to be addressed to make it a perfect choice.

I love the roomy well equipped one bedroom apartment. The Smart TV is certainly a plus. The bed is excellent and very comfortable.
