Restaurant wasn’t the best, except for the pizza and drinks were so expensive.

Good value for money and absolutely fantastic facilities for the kids. Pool is amazing.

Wish there was a hot spa like advertised- maybe if the top pool/plunge spa was the one that was made as the hot spa, would be better and more energy efficient also? The bottom spa that get warm at intervals was actually quiet cold and with the cold water from the main pool coming in it never warmed up But that’s just one part the rest was great thank you 😊

The restaurant was incredibly busy and dirty when we went to sit at a table.

Loved being near the bushland area and seeing the kangaroos and birdlife. Enjoyed having the balcony but when it rained we couldn't sit out on it. Customer service was great.

The blue gum villa we stayed in was very tired and needed money spent on it. Lumpy, old sleeping pillows, a fridge with a door shelf missing therefore limiting capacity, no mattress protector on the king bed in the second bedroom that made it very uncomfortable to sleep on, a Nespresso machine in the kitchen with no coffee pods or instructions, old and dirty flat decorative cushions on the couch, but worst of all a clearly very used couch in desperate need of a steam clean that stunk of aftershave and body odour from previous guests (was almost unbearable to sit on). Considering the price they were charging we expected a lot better!

Family friendly with good communal facilities. Great location!

There was only one thing I didn’t like & it was the appearance of the tiles in the cabin as they looked dirty or mouldy in places

Fantastic location with only a short drive to all of the major attractions. Backing onto the reserve & the mountain bike trails was very convenient & provided a relaxing outlook from our Garden villa at the rear of the park. The villa was a good size 2 bedroom unit for a 6 night stay. The restaurant/bar overlooking the pool is a great setup. Plenty of other sports options to keep the kids busy

We didn't find anything that we didn't like, well maybe the weather and not being able to use the pool or water park.

The cabin was really comfortable & enough space for 2 adults & 2 children. Our children loved the play area, they would have loved the pool & water park if the weather was better. We loved the feel of the property, very family friendly, clean & being so close to nature with the property being surrounded by the bush, animal, and birds. Our children loved seeing and pointing out the Rosella's and bunnies on our walks or out the front of our cabin. We also liked that we were 10-15 minutes away from the zoo, major shopping centre, and war museum.

No kitchen detergent or dishwasher tablets. A small amount for the first night is usually provided. Coffee machine doesn't take all pods. Had to spend time cleaning it out with the pods we had brought at the local supermarket as they didn't work with uour machine. Maybe a name of machine or name of compatible pods.

We have stayed here numerous times and always enjoy our stay. The pool is a hot with the kids. And having a restaurant with a licensed bar at the park means that mum and dad can relax too. Plus the food is delicious

The rosella cabin we stayed was small, dated and had very minimal kitchen utensils, but it is what we expected given it was one of the cheapest cabin options. Next time we’d def upgrade to a villa.

We loved the facilities at Alivio. The pool, spa and splash park were a huge hit with the kids. Even better was the Verandah bar and restaurant situated right next to them for when we alneedes a break. We loved drying off, colouring in, having a pizza and a cold drink and then getting back in the pool. The face painting was also something our kids looked forward to every day.

Not being told about housekeeping coming in after 4 days… My son was quite upset to return to the accommodation and find his teddies on the floor.

The cabin was so run down and outdated. Disgrace for that kind of money. I would have loved to stay longer but deterred by the price for what you get.

Bathroom and some of the kitchen items were not clean. Tray in oven had foil on it covered with food from previous guests. Had to clean the plates, cutlery and cookware before use.

Staff were amazing. Pool and splash park were great for the kids. Easy to get to tourist attractions with the kids. Great bbq areas

Rooms could be cleaner but were decent enough. We had a 'premium' villa which was a great size but wasn't exactly spotless when we arrived but was clean enough. TV was damaged so half screen was dark but didn't use it much anyway. Generally could do with a quick refresh/update and they'd be amazing little villas
