Spa bath not working.

Could have done with olive / cooking oil, and a few more basic supplies. Butter, etc. Spa bath isn’t operational.

Leather lounge overlooking surf beach was perfectly positioned. Windows on 2nd floor & 180 degree views. Kitchen has all appliances incl cutlery & crockery.

Unfortunately, a public toilet is just in front of the house. Tap water is a bit salty. No curtains upstairs facing to the street. But we don't care.

The toilet block view

Beautiful house located beachfront but the public toilet block was the central view which was a shame but the view either side of the beach and lighthouse are superb. Very clean and comfortable for a longer stay for a family.

2nd bedroom needs bed lamps.

House was amazing. Extremely well equiped. Spectacular views. Lovely walk to town. Probably about 1km. Port Fairy is beautiful.

Ensuite smelt like pipes need cleaning out. Rest of bthrm was very clean The shower in the spa bath quite challenging to get in and out, quite dangerous when wet getting out.

The bed in the master bedroom had very little support underneath, and the mattress was below the frame of the bed. Towards the foot of the bed, there was no support at all, and the whole area sunk. It was a pity as the other rooms were fine. The other thing was getting in the shower through a spa. It is not ideal for seniors or people with back problems due to the height and has no steps. In fact, it could be a hazard as it is easy to slip.

The location was fantastic and the panoramic views were fantastic. Great facilities, and very clean.

I couldn't be more impressed with this property. Everything was amazing from the property, the facilities and the view. The toilets across the road were not an issue or a distraction, we were too busy enjoying this beautiful property and the view. Just for future stayers, my husband got his 2019 Mitstubishi Triton in the garage with just a couple of turns.

Garage was very difficult to get into and out of with anything other than a small car. Poor design. The taps for the ensuite shower can't be reached unless you are actually standing in the bath tub. Very strange. Port Fairy drinking water is virtually undrinkable. Bring your own.

Great location. Right across the road from the beach. Superb views, if you ignore the toilet block across the road, which is easy to do. Loved the outdoor area upstairs. Great spot to eat breakfast overlooking the ocean. Nice open plan upstairs living area.

No cupboard in one of the bedrooms. Could have had a hanging rack and maybe a shelf. Car parking ok for us but could be a problem when busy.

Lack of sufficient towel hanging space in bathrooms.

The cleanliness was exceptional. Great location. We had been reluctant thinking we would be seeing only the public toilets out front, but in fact, while visible, they were not a focus.

Few minor issues with door lock and heater which had just been installed.

Beautiful home and great location. Close to township and the shopping precinct. The home had everything you needed including a Weber bbq , laundry amenities and stocked kitchen, cooking utensils. Beautiful outlook over the ocean.😃⭐⭐

Beach front location can be a little windy at times if going for a walk but this comes with the territory of course.

Very comfortable well-appointed holiday accommodation...............would rebook in a heart beat.

We would have liked blinds for privacy after dark in the living room.

The location was right opposite the beach, easy walking distance from town.
